My family loved it! My kids have never had rolled ice cream and thought the flavor was the best and freshest ice cream they have ever tasted!

The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and the staff super helpful and friendly. I got the dairy free ice cream with peaches and it was so good! The dairy free is a bit hard to deal with in rolled ice cream so it takes a little longer but its well worth it!

The two working tonight are taking AGES to make a single order. One family that got here before us is getting one ice cream at a time in 10 minute intervals. Were still sitting here waiting. Im sure the ice cream will be good, but we wont be coming back.Edit to add, its been about 45 minutes and theyre now making someone elses before ours that came in after us, still havent started on ours, and are going as slow as they possibly can.Edit again, now an hour here, and they finally got our ice cream done. But its literally all the wrong size.

Never been here before, but it was really good ice cream for a good price. My daughter and I enjoyed watching our treats get made. The man who made it was super nice and polite.

My daughter tried several times to make small talk with the man behind the counter and he wouldnt speak with her. Walking in, the atmosphere was uptight and no one looked like they were in a good mood - the man behind the counter or the other customers. No music, just uncomfortable silence. It took forever to get her ice cream. While she was there, I went next door and got a cupcake and had it eaten by the time she came out with her ice cream.I wish Sweet Charlies was still open. I loved going there.

Great ice cream, great price but will be happy to update to 5 stars when they become dog friendly. There is outdoor seating, but no K9 friendly ice cream or whipped cream options.In response to the owner: When I called, the service member didnt know what a pup cup was, which was reiterated at the counter. Buying my dog the same amount of ice cream as a person is too much! I specifically asked for another option, offering to pay and the answer was no.

The coconut milk ice cream is so smooth and creamy. If you want dairy free, this is for you. Yum!!!

Cool concept but I like ice cream too much to pay $6.50 for a 5.5 oz. portion of ice cream batter frozen out on a freezer sheet and rolled into 5 rolls in a cup. It was tasty and enjoyable but can’t see it lasting at this price. I like the texture of ice cream better and at any ice cream shop in town you will get a much more generous portion of ice cream for $6.50. Give it a try and see for yourself. It was fun to watch but be prepared to stand in line as it takes much longer to prepare than it takes to scoop up ice cream. Personally I like Cold Stone ice cream and Culver’s frozen custard much better. Good luck on your new idea! The gentleman making my rolls told me that there was 165 ml mixture in the glass beaker and that looked about right. It was an 8 oz. container about 2/3 full. How does 165 ml turn into 13 ounces (386 ml)?

Pretty awesome! Dessert with a show! Fresh ingredients, friendly service, very clean. Its really neat to watch them make fresh ice cream right in front of you, you can taste the difference! Everyone loves ice cream, I love it even more when its homemade. Great idea!I love reading reviews, sometimes for recommendations, sometimes for laughs.. I noticed 2 out of the 3 bad reviews for FR mentioned the closest competitor by name. I also noticed they were both new accounts. Bad form.. its blatantly obvious.

I liked how the ice cream were not overly sweet. You can taste the flavor really well. The mixed items complemented both ice cream rolls perfectly (had the banana chocolate one and strawberry mango one). (AND they have unlimited toppings.) They were refreshing, delicious, and perfect for a nice warm day. Ill be back here when I have ice cream roll cravings with my SO.

They always have a line out the door! I waited for about an hour and a half to get my ice cream because they were busy, which I completely understand. However, after waiting that long I was expecting some standard of friendliness and good service. The staff that helped the friends I was with were all very friendly and upbeat, but when it was my turn I was helped by a woman who I can assume was the manager by her dress. She didn’t even call my name, she had the girl next to her do it. She did not look up at me or speak to me one time and once she was finished just pointed, still without looking up, at the topping bar. I was put off by this, but the ice cream was good.

100% in love! Their portions are just enough to satisfy! They have non-dairy in this specific shop. The place is small with very limited seating and can get packed in the split of a second.

So many delicious flavors and toppings to choose from included with the price. The price is also reasonable. My only complaint would be that it is just smaller than most shops ive gone. It was an overall great experience and would recommend it for anyone.

Great fresh ice cream. Loved the flavors and toppings. Staff are friendly. Could use some additional sprucing up on the inside but they are new so I assume it will come. Also prices are higher than I would expect ($6-$7) but youre paying for the experience and the ice cream. Good experience and good way to treat yourself.

Price is good for what you get. I paid 6.50 and got the Summer love with oreos and brownies mixed in. It tasted so much better than what is offered around here. The labor and unlimited toppings really makes it worth it. Yes I am officially addicted as Ive been here 4 times already.

The ice cream itself was creamy & flavorful and had smoother texture tan normal ice cream. We waited under 5 minutes before getting ours so it wasnt as long as we read. The combos were interesting. the staff is nice and enjoys their job. Well be back soon enough.

The ice cream are pretty good. First time going to a place like this. Very exciting to get rolls of ice cream. I know those ppl job is no joke making the ice cream and all. I really like the taste of the roll ice cream and the good music is a bonus.

We went after they open yesterday and there wasnt a wait. The ice cream was definitely worth it!! Definitely the best rolled ice cream Ive ever had! I wish that the space instead the store was larger. There was only 4 tables. Other than that, the ice cream was amazing!

The rolled ice cream here isnt so sweet you cant taste the flavor. This was only my second time trying rolled ice cream. I had one in SF and they were over $9. They also had unlimited toppings so that sweetened the deal as it was $6.50. I wish they had more seating than 4 tables.

This was whelming. Neither over whelming nor under whelming. Expensive when compared to other boutique ice cream shops. Not set up for crowds. We waiting 20 minutes for ours to be prepared after purchase. Neat science project. Im not taking science class though. Ill pass on this in the future.

It was not good to me. I almost thought I was going to have to try another state to get a good rolled ice cream experience, but Peach Wave answered my prayers they have rolled ice cream and you get a lot of toppings plus two mixes😁In response to frosty roll, this was not a constructive advertising it was the the truth I went to frosty rolls it was not good the ice cream roll was very thin and melted by the time I left out parking lot had not flavor and if there were unlimited toppings and two mix in the lady should have informed me for I didnt see it in the board it may be there but I didnt see it and when I asked how it works being that it was my first time trying it and being at this establishment the lady should have explained it. But even if so you are offering unlimited toppings or whatever I didnt like it in my opinion Peach Waves rolled icecream was a way better experience than Frosty Roll. (And no I do not work or have any affiliation with them besides now I am a repeat customer) Again no harm to Frosty Roll this is just my opinion on my experience at Frosty Roll.

Walked in on a whim. Saw it online a week ago. Cool concept, great customer service, and very tasty. This is a very rich dessert and can easily be addicting. I got the oreo with brownie diced into my ice cream and have no regrets. Hubby got nutella and banana. An employee came over to see if we liked it and was really interesting to talk to. They had 3 machines in there. Be prepared for a line, but it moves quickly.

Extremely rude guy waited on us. He talked to us like he thought we were idiots and then put his finger up gesturing for me to be quite when I tried to say something to my mother about what my grandmother wanted to get on her ice cream. We decided to leave and go to peachy rolls, which was a much better experience.

I understand that rolled ice cream a trendy thing now, but Im ok with that. Theres something so fun about watching your ice cream frozen into a sheet then rolled into little rolled up delish right before your eyes. Its the new ice cream show taking over where liquid nitrogen ice cream left off. Also tastes so much better and its got unlimited toppings. I wish the bathroom was easier to spot in the back.

My family was excited to try Frosty Rolls. It seemed even better when we encountered a sign that claimed they could a accommodate food allergies. My husband is severely allergic to coconut. I made staff aware of the allergy. They were unwilling to accommodate our needs even though they advertised they could. Its dissapointing, because our first visit would be our last. I know this seems trivial, but why advertise allergy sensitivity without backing it up. We would have never walked in.

Headed to get my nails done after an exhausting day. Friendly service and cashier explained the menu and options. Will definitely be back for more of this.

Thought I would try this gimmicky ice cream trend and was surprisingly shocked how good it actually was. The ice cream was super creamy and they have all the toppings you could ever want. I got the Monkey Doo one which was vanilla with banana and Nutella mixed in....uhhh yes please! Worth a revisit for sure. Oh and it was moderately busy but service was fast unlike similar roll ice cream places.

Frosty rolls has the best ice cream around. If you give them a tey, you will not be disappointed!

Contrary to what we first thought, the wait was enjoyable. You get to watch as they make other peoples orders. And then they call you to watch as they make yours. I found it mesmerizing to say the least. There are different staff who make them and they all have their little quirks when they make your order (this is when the mixed ins happen). Both of our flavors were super delish. We had the pina colada and berry blast. Better yet.. unlimited toppings. We do wish they had more interior seating. We listened to maybe 2 songs from start to finish.

Firstly I just want to recognize how awesome the staff was and all greeted me with a big warm welcome! Im not really one of those people who cares too much about customer service, but the staff here were super friendly and helpful! We were welcomed as soon as we walked through the door, took us step by step on how to order, as well as going through each of the menu items. Pretty self explanatory system in there, order, give your name, pay, they call you when about to make it, then watch as they (magicians!) transform your ice cream into a work of art! Finally, pick your choice of toppings/drizzles (POPPING BOBAS OMG!), and muchy down!

And chocolate drizzle chocolate chips and more strawberrys. It was amazing!! 💕
