Stephanie is great! Met us there on an off day and a holiday to help us with an urgent need. She did this all within a few hours notice and we took our mattress home the same day. If we have any more mattress needs this will definitely be where we go!

She took the time to explain the differences between plush, medium and firm beds.-She let me ride the adjustable vibrating mattress bed without a 🎟. This 🛌 is basically a transformer.-The dog knows things. The mattress I ended up getting was the one the 🐶 came over to greet me at and get some scratches behind the ears.-Pretty awesome prices compared to name brand stores but quantities are limited. If you see something you like, secure it that day. They are flexible with picking it up later.

I have purchased from BoxDrop twice now. This current time I went there to buy a mattress for my daughter and ended up leaving with one for me. Brian was awesome. He worked with me on a great price for my mattress and adjustable bed frame. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They offer a great warranty on their products. I was concerned the adjustable bed frame warranty would be too short and the motors would give out just after the warranty expired but you get ten years! You can’t beat that. I was able to get same day delivery so I’m already enjoying my new mattress. The delivery people were also awesome. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were super polite and friendly. I bought a mattress and adjustable base for myself because I have a severe lower back condition that keeps me from sleeping comfortably and makes it difficult to get out of bed. I also have sleep apnea and acid reflux from all my medications. Stephanie was incredibly helpful in identifying the right product in my budget. She did so well, I was able to afford the twin mattresses I needed for the other bedrooms!Anyway, I havent slept this well in years!! The mattress is perfect. The zero gravity of the adjustable base is like being on a cloud! I havent had to take any reflux medication, and I havent woken up multiple times a night because of the sleep apnea. So I love these guys! They really make you feel like you are their good friends from down the street lol. I got a memory foam mattress that did not work for Marc and I and they were able to let us try out what they had on the floor to see what we felt better on and we made a decision finally to go with their sapphire sleep cool phase mattress . Best thing I slept on yet. It keeps me and him cool at night and gives us the extra support we need for our back all while getting it at a great price! Now we so happy we just ordered the new sapphire sleep adjustable base. We are the first customers to get it and Im excited to come back and do a review on it. Best place to buy a bed! I came to Augusta looking for a bed. Went to Matress Firm, and bought a mattress only to find out it was not in stock. I was offered another mattress, only to find out it had a massive chunk missing upon delivery. I went into the store and advised I refused the delivery and why. I was offered another mattress, only to be called and advised they would be sending me a mattress at a price I did not want because the manager did not want to fill out any paperwork. I politely cancelled my order and came to Boxdrop.I called Boxdrop and spoke to Bryan who assured me I would get a deal and leave with a mattress. I walked in and worked with Stephanie. Sure enough, I left with the mattress I wanted and more at a price I could easily afford! He even delivered the mattress to me the same night!!!The customer service here was AMAZING!
