Sally, the site manager, is really incredibly helpful and upbeat! She helped us settle into our storage space quickly and easily, tracked down carts for us to use to shuttle our boxes from the car to the unit, and patiently showed us how to use the elevator and security boxes. She’s one of those people who brighten your day when you least expect it! That was awesome in the midst of a chaotic move, and I’d absolutely recommend this storage facility to anyone in the area.

After the upgraded remodel I feel much more safe as I see plenty of on site cameras, being able to enter from either side is super convenient!!! Also the staff there at the time OLIVIA was the most helpful, informative and sweet front desk personnel! She helped me understand what my payments are, and the multiple forms in which I can pay. She broke it all down to me so I could understand . Super clean lot/inside as well! I’d give 10stars if I could.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have to do something about the log in at the elevator every trip up and down. Carts are only available during office hours. Which doesnt help from 6 am til open or after 5 til 9pm when access ends. Bring your own or you will have way more trips and dont forget to keep your access code on you at all times. Memorize it if you can. Your gonna need it

My first time getting a storage unit with Public Storage.Sally explained all the policies and gave me a tour of the facility.Kind of a maze at first, but soon memorized how to get to my unit and back to the elevator! HahaVery clean inside and very secure. I would recommend this indoor facility over outside storage lockers. Olivia was incredibly helpful and friendly and she kept her cool even when it appeared that there was a major system malfunction. Olivia was able to make it happen anyway and get me a space rented. That’s right. THEN. They were out of the size I reserved a 10x10 so now I have a 10x15 at the same price as the 10x10. She was just great to deal with and I look forward to seeing her if she’s working when I need to get to my storage.😊

I have had my Unit at the Public Storage @ 901 Arnold Drive Martinez for 3 years. Every time I have needed assistance everyone there have been so accommodating, and today was no different. Sally in the office was so pleasant and helpful with helping me to get rid of my “stuff!” She went out of her way to make sure my decisions were the best for me and my wallet. Yolanda was amazing and extremely helpful. She was even able to find us a larger storage unit so we could avoid renting two smaller ones. I have worked with several public storage locations and love this one the most because of Yolanda!

The newest Manager (Jax) at this facility is one of the best I have had so far. She works on resolving issues fast and is always pleasant. Facility is clean and I’d recommend to all my family and friends.

This is a great facility. It is kept very clean - and there are plenty of carts to help move our stuff around. Customer service is top notch. Lauren has been amazingly helpful and is always so pleasant and professional. We have been in/out of storage facilities over the years, and this is probably the best, so far. The facility feels very secure (codes are floor specific) and the climate control is exactly what we needed for the items we are storing.

I thought Suzanne was very helpful and had an upbeat attitude and excellent customer service knowledge. This is by far, the cleanest storage facility Ive been in. I have piece of mind, knowing the storage is locked inside and in a temperature controlled environment. Thank you Suzanne, I know my things will be safe here.

Clean, dry, and well lit. Access hours are almost anytime. Useful carts are only available when office is open. Staff is friendly.

This place is a secure, temperature controlled site which is what drew me. The staff, however, helped save my sanity at a difficult time. Rhonda and Hank have been exemplary in their assistance, answering any questions I have had and finding solutions when I was fresh out. Theyre terrific people and they have my deepest thanks.

Shopping around for a safe, clean place to store my stuff and found this gem of a business. Had a lovely chat with Hank, who was quite attentive and happy to answer all my questions. Its refreshing these days to find a business with solid customer service standards. Home sweet home for my stuff!

Easy to move into, one of the best Public Storage facilities in the area (and I have been to a few of them). Jax, the manager, is very welcoming and wants to make certain the customer service is 100%. The facility is clean and the elevators are near the parking. Each time I have been there I have seen only one other customer; this means no fighting over the flat carts (remember only use one cart!!). Climate controlled which is a must if one wants to store anything that cant take the heat.

We had two storage units while we redecorated and staged our house to sell over 5 months. The customer service was excellent; professional, and courteous. Their moving supplies were handy and good quality, and accepted returns for unused items. The staff even made suggestions on how to reduce costs for storage and supplies. I recommend the Public Storage at 901 Arnold to everyone. They made our whole moving process easier. Thank you.

One of the benefits of a Public Storage facility is its familiarity. But cleanliness and the efficiency with which it is run is of course not universal at every Public Storage. Hank and his staff are a stand out in this regard. Very professional and highly responsive, I cannot say enough about this facility. Ive had a number of storage units over the years and this is by far been one of the best experiences.

We have been with this location for many years. All of the employees we have had contact with have been very helpful and friendly. Even though today was our last day there, I will continue to buy boxes and packing materials from them. Thank you Suzanne for your help!

After looking at storage units and services, I found Public Storage on 901 Arnold in Martinez to be top notch. Not all storage places are equal - even with the same company chain. This place was clean, secure and I felt safe. What made it great is that the manager, Hank took his time to review my needs and ensure all my questions were answered and what were my options. Follow up was great too. If you are looking to store in Contra Costa, be sure to check this place out. You will be glad you did.

I love you so much Public storage, I have no complaints here. . . . Im actually just pleased with the way they care about their business and the people that work there have done an outstanding job with making sure that vandalism and break ins dont happen . Hank is the property manager here at Martinez Arnold Dr. He does an excellent job running the store and knows every customer by name. I have been a tenant for 7 years and Hank has made my rental experience a pleasant one.The store is very clean and organized and all the products are available. The storage units are also very clean.I have had some tough times and Hank was always there for me. He works very hard and follows all the companies guidelines and informs his tenants.Very happy tenant and I will continue to recommend Public Storage to others.
