We ordered our countertops and island well over a month ago. Paid in full from the beginning. The company has made multiple excuses and kept pushing our start date back. Management was extremely rude and disrespectful about it. He hung up on the phone when expressing our concerns. Terrible experience. Will never recommend this place.

The counters in my home are from Countertop Solutions. I had a spill that created a stain on the new countertops. Without hesitation, this team came out multiple times to get the stain out and reseal my counters to prevent further staining. Great job on remodel of our kitchen. After doing research into remodeling companies we decided on CTS. This was a very smooth worry free turn-key process. They handled everything from the design process to installation of cabinets, countertops, backsplash, as well as electrical, plumbing and appliance install. Jay Piccolomini, the project manager, was hands on in working on the project and making sure all the the process was coordinated smoothly and that we were kept in the loop on everything. CTS was going to make sure were pleased with the end result. We love our new kitchen and couldnt have asked for a smoother process!

The whole team did an amazing job. Regina, Amy, and Stuart were knowledgeable and answered my emails promptly. Countertop installers were careful and meticulous. I was especially impressed with the tile guys, Kevin and John. Everyone showed me such kindness, and the work was exceptional - worth every penny! I would definitely use Countertop solutions again.

Not very happy. When the guys did the install they scratched up the paint in my hallway. Then they messed up the painted when installing the countertops. Had to have them come back out and fix the switch to my garbage disposal because they busted it up as well when doing the install.

We absolutely love our new granite counters from Countertop Solutions. From the first, Amy was instrumental in helping me select the type of granite I wanted. I initially went in thinking I wanted River White but quickly changed to Colonial White. They did not have a slab at the Martinsburg location but Amy quickly located some from their supplier and had them shipped. Within 3 business days, I was looking at the slabs. The first one she showed me is the one I selected. They came out for the electronic template and the measurements were spot on. I chose to approve the overlay cutout (nesting) via email. After a couple of very timely back and forths, the final layout was approved. The installers were quick, efficient and did an awesome job. I can not recommend this company enough. Talk about WOW factor!! All those gorgeous granite slabs under one roof! So many choices. And the computer that shows you what your counter will look like before they ever cut it is AMAZING! Of course my tops look great. You guys nailed it from start to finish.

We are extremely happy with our new counter tops. The process was easy from the day of purchase, we quickly had someone out to template, and within a day, we had our nesting options emailed to us. The day the guys came for installation, they were tidy, professional and informative. We will definitely be repeat customers when it comes time to update our bathrooms and any other time the need might arise.

Every step of the process was easy. Our appointments were all on time. The cutting of the cabinets to install my farm sink went perfectly.

Went in to get an estimate a while back. We ended up not getting the work done because we were moving anyway and things were tight in the bank account. I will say this, we will be going back when we need work done. They have an awesome selection, they are friendly, not pushy, and really seem to take an individualized approach. I didnt feel like I was just a number to them. They actually cared, and nowadays thats hard to find.

CTS transformed our kitchen! Jason,JR, and crew shepherded us through our remodel always responding to any question, suggestion,or change in plan. Their attention to detail, insistence on making everything perfect, and going the extra mile was very refreshing. And the granite is absolutely gorgeous. We looked at hundreds of slabs of granite from DC to Hagerstown but always returned to the CTS showroom where the slabs were superior to any we saw elsewhere. Jason and crew were willing to take on a unique and challenging pub table project and made it a reality which is now a stunning center piece in our kitchen. My husband and I cant say enough about the quality of workmanship and how pleasant the CTS folks made this remodel.
