Went in one week just to have a quick diagnoses. The gentleman was very stand-offish and showed no manners. Gave him the benefit of the doubt that it was an off day and set up an appointment for a specific date and time. Came back at the scheduled time and told him i was dropping my car off. The man simply said yeah im busy I cant do it. With my appointment having been scheduled for over a week I got no call or any attempt to notify me that I should start looking elsewhere to get my car done. I also was met with heavy attitude and no apology. When I asked for next steps on fixing the car he grunted i dont know, look on ebay. Absolutely embarrassing business if you need a foreign car fixed I promise its worth the 30 extra minute drive somewhere else.

I was driving from Baltimore MD to Montgomery AL, my C300 Benz started smoking. Too much oil... They got me up and going quickly! I’ll bring my car back there for future tune ups and repairs.

Fantastic experience - Imer is knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and gets the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. I’ve taken my car there twice and the price quoted is what I paid and the quality of Imer’s work is impressive. Glad to finally find a great mechanic that’s close by and reasonably priced!

DONT GO HERE......Poor customer service. Over the phone they promise you fast service but when you arrive its a different story. I was told that my issue would be looked at immediately by it took 3 days. Also you never hear from them while your car is in the shop; No status report, No estimate but as soon as the service is done theyre hounding you like bill collectors. Plus its 2016 and they dont take credit cards, youre not told until check out.After picking up vehicle 4 days and $400 later, the same problems exist. Mainly the vehicle continues to cut off and lose all power while driving. This guy makes it really hard to support local small-town businesses while visiting home.
