Alternator went bad while my wife was driving back to Roanoke from Charlottesville. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in a very awkward situation. They not only fixed our car but did it in less than 3 hours! Amazing service! Thank you!

Weve always taken our cars to Mr. Tire since moving here to Virginia.Bob and Mike are great, always friendly and always helpful.I dont remember the guys names in the shop but I havent had any problems at all with them either, they always fix whatever problem our car is having and explain exactly whats going on first.The shop is clean, the prices are reasonable and they even have great business hours..What we also really like is the convenience of their credit card, you just never have to worry with this shop and these guys!!!

All the guys that work there are fantastic (Dustin,Mike,Bob and Mike). They have great customer service,and are reasonably priced! Dustin does an amazing job on my vehicles! This is the best place around town to go!

Great service. They were so friendly that they made me very comfortable . I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They showed me that I needed brakes. They fixed brakes fairly quick and reasonable. Ill be back for tires soon.

They did not do the alignment they charged me for...On my previous set of tires, the inside edges of the rear tires wore out. When I had them replaced, I had Mr Tire do a 4 wheel alignment. They charged me $85, which threw up a red flag, no way a 4 wheel alignment is that cheap. I worked on cars for 13 years before switching to heavy equipment a year ago, going price for a 4 wheel alignment is about $130. When I got the car back they did not offer me any kind of print-out with before & after measurements, that is standard practice everywhere... So, I checked rear camber for myself and found -2 degrees on one side and -4 on the other. The spec is -1. This is exactly the sort of misalignment that would cause the tire wear that I had, so they did nothing.So yeah, theyre cheap, but $85 for nothing is not a good value.

Thorough and attentive staff. When they were putting air in my tires, they took the time notice and warn me of my very bald tires. Then, when I had a mishap with their scheduling system, they were kind and understanding and worked me in on the day I *thought* I had scheduled my appointment for. Overall, I had a great experience with these folks and I will certainly be returning.

He tells you what is wrong with your car, gives an estimated price and makes sure you are ok with it before its done. We dropped our car off to have the tires changed at 8am. We never got a call saying it was ready so around 1pm we drive over and ask why the tires still havent been changed and we are told that the car wont start. We were never called to be told that? The battery was perfectly fine when we dropped it off. So now we have no tires and we have a car that wont start. This place is crooked and their service is terrible. My advice, take your car somewhere else if you dont want it in worse shape than it already is.

Great place and friendly staff. Only thing is I had my brakes and rotors replaced but after I left, my brakes on the left hand side started grinding. I went back to the store and they told me I had to much metal in the brakes. Now I have to take time out of work to come back in today to get new brakes installed, because they didnt have brakes instock. This is entirely inconvenient. Unless this fixes my brakes, I most likely wont be back.
