My husband and I went there to get a front wheel alignment on a 2007 Ford Ranger. We had an appointment for 10 a.m. but I figured wed be there awhile because they were extremely busy. I think we were there 10 or 15 minutes before our truck was taken inside.Our truck was inside no longer than 5 minutes when the man doing the work asked my husband to come and look at something. I just knew this was going to cost more money. We just put ball joints, wheel bearing, brake rotors and brakes and it costed $1000 for work and labor. We couldnt afford another problem. But the problem was no big deal. The wheel bearing on the passenger side was loose. They found an issue that couldve ended up costing us.This man couldve went on about his work doing the alignment and he didnt have to tell us about the bearing being loose but he did. He went above and beyond and were truly thankful he was thorough with his work.The price was reasonable and we called a few other places to get the cost of a front alignment and Riverside Tire gave the cheaper price out of the other 2 places. The employees were all friendly. The bathroom was even clean. If you are in need of a front wheel alignment go to Riverside Tire where youll get the best deal for your money.

I made an appointment for a four-wheel alignment. I was in an out in less than an hour. Folks there were generous and helpful, and the price, $50, wasnt bad, either. They offered me the kind of service that brings customers back to do more business.

If you are a lady dont take your car here they think we are stupid. The first i took my car here it was to get it lined up well they messed it up. So I had to take it back and lord and behold if they didnt break my wheel and blamed it on .I will never go here again and if o was you I wouldnt either.

The positive reviews for this business are fake. This business has the worse customer service of any business Ive ever encountered.Over the past year i have purchased two sets of new Michelins from these people. The first time I had to take my vehicle back 4 times because of the poor alignment job that was done. After several attempts, they finally got it right but acted as if It were no big deal and I never even received an apology or an attempt to make it right for my time and troubles. I hesitated going back, but because they were recomended by a friend from church, I gave them a second chance. Thinking maybe it was just an off day for them. I mean we all make mistakes. That said, I purchased another set of new Michelins from them for my truck. The tires were sold to me knowing there was a brown film on the tires that bleed through and wont wash off. The owner himself, Darrell, brought the tires out. When I ask him about the brown film he acted as if it was no big deal and said it would wash off. After several attempts and the film still bleeding through I called back and spoke with the owner again. Again he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about, so I drive to the business. When the owner came out to look at my tires he then said, oh yeah, weve seen this before plenty of times, and Michelin is aware of the problem. He still blew me off and told me that I would need to contact Michelin and there was nothing he could do. On top of that, even worse, when they put the tires on the truck they left a lug nut off and didnt reset tire sensors, and every tire had different tire pressure in them. I had to immediatly go somewhere else and have the tire monitors and air pressure fixed. After going back about the missing lug nut, not even an apology. Told me to go to auto zone and get one and charge it to them. Of course auto zone didnt have factory lug nuts for my GMC so I ended up having to go to the local dealership and purchasing one myself.I am a very fair, forgiving, and understanding person but I truly have never experienced this level of incompetence. Its that bad, and I feel that it needs to be known. I personally will never do business with these people again and I hope and pray that my story may save someone else from making the same mistake.The only reason I gave one star is because there was no option to give none.

I went in at almost closing to get four tires put on my car. All the employees were very nice & treated me with respect. I was in & out in about 30 minutes time. If at anytime my car needs anything done to it then it will go back to this place. I strongly suggest if u need any tires,wheel alignments done or etc then this is the place to go.

The employees & the owner are rude! I went here to get my aftermarket wheels installed and the guys lifted my vehicle with 3 Jacks instead of lifting it up the correct way. The guys that lowered the Jacks when they were done let them down all at once, and now I have a creaking sound in my front end, which wasnt present beforehand!! They did not make sure my center caps were tightened so I had to take the tires off myself and re-torque the lug nuts and make sure the center caps were tight and were not rattling. No one welcomed me as I first walked in, the people actually were looking at me like I was crazy. Not a very professional business at all. I noticed the owner doesnt really respond to negative reviews. However, your so-called mechanics not only messed my vehicle up but didnt do the job right! I will not have any more work done here, and definitely, dont recommend this place.UPDATE as of 9/12/2018I called to speak to the owner in reference to this review and the owners response was I have nothing to say to you!

After today ill never step foot in this joke of an establishment. My family three generations to be exact my close friends an customers of my own buisness i have refered there and Streamlined customers from buisness an other shops i worked at there to get there alignments and buy there tires there as well as the 3 generations of my family thats been buying tires here since it opened my grandfather is an was friends with John turner and larry martin god rest his soul! An my father went to school with Jay turner an never in there tenure there did i get treated as i did today by this new management of Mr. Barnes after haveing my tahoe aligned here i come to find my left front tire wearing funny an the truck developed a pop after inspection at my shop i found that my upper control arm had been left loose wich for anyone that doesnt know if it worked its way loose at a highway speed it could be catastrophic for me or my wife an or anyone around at the time on the highway naturally i was livid at this mistake as i run an automovie shop in town my self. Also i didnt ask for anything free i mainly just wanted to understand how this left this establishment the way an they didnt catch it & continued to make Mr. Barns aware of what this could have cost me or anyone on the road an if it happend to anyone who didnt notice the variables in the vehical an adress it as i did what could happen an in a heated conversation i was talked to rudely an told to leave as if my years of patronage an familys loayalty to this buisness wasnt worth a thing so that being said i give this mickey mouse operation a bad review an do not reccomended a soul to trust them with your vehicals and at the least stand over them an check behind them!! That Apperently the owner doesnt understand that the first words from his mouth should have been an apology an then it would be considered as he claimed tryin to work with me..sincerly a concerned buisness owner in the automotive repair industry an a former but never again customer!!might i add the majority of the crew here are pretty good people an friendly especially the ones that was employed with rhe previous owners.

Had them repair a tire that had a screw in it. Got to it pretty quick but they scratched up my wheel pretty bad so would not recommend them or go back to them for anything. REVISED I had initially posted a not so nice review but in hindsight I would like to change it. I had taken my truck to Riverside to have a screw removed and tire patched which they did quickly but after getting home I noticed they had scratched my wheel which can happen but instead of calling them, so they could make it right I posted a bad review. They did fix my wheel back to its original condition. Had an issue with another tire so my wife took it to them today to have it fixed which they did again quickly. I am happy with the professional and courteous service they provide and will continue to go to them when I have tire issues and when I need new tires for both mine and my wife’s car. Thank you again Riverside for the great service you provide and will have a customer for life.
