Chris was working when I went in. He was very nice and made me feel at home. I told him I wanted the most firm mattress they had. I tried a few but ended up getting the first one he took me to. He chatted with me while ringing me up which made the process not seem long at all. He never hovered over me while looking but was there when you needed him. You couldnt ask for a nicer employee. Plus the beds have 10 year warranty on them.

Honestly, this was an amazing experience. A nice gentleman named Tom helped us out with our purchase of a memory foam mattress. GO TO MATTRESS FIRM ACROSS THE STREET. The Mattress Warehouse employee was rude and barely acknowledged my wife and I until we asked questions about financing. He was snarky when we told him we would take our business elsewhere because playing a game on his phone seemed to be more important than potential customers!! The manager at Mattress Firm gave us a great deal that beat Mattress Warehouses price and treated us extremely well. The staff at Mattress Warehouse could really use a course on customer service!!!!
