They are truly The worst people to do business with. Gave me one price and when I come back to pick it up prices change.I might add a few years back I purchased a complete living room set. And had a problem with both of the La-Z-Boy recliners. Which I paid top dollar for. They never fixed the issue no wonder why they’re going out of business.I would not buy anything from this business. I hope they get stuck with a ton of leftover Merchandise.They truly deserve to go out of business.

We have been furniture shopping for a couple of months so I had an idea of pricing. The prices here were double than regular priced sectionals at other stores. I expected with all the sale banners to get a small discount. I never once got greeted while in the store. Unless you really need furniture don’t waste your time on thinking you’re getting a good deal by all the sale signs.

This place is great. Lots of beautiful furniture there. Very helpful service, I ordered a new bed and mattress, and a very nice end table. Nice to be able to buy locally. Very pleased with everything.

Our experience started off good. Darcy was our sales rep and she was very helpful. We ordered a couch, love seat with console and recliner and were told it would be about 8 weeks. When our furniture was delivered, they had no idea where our recliner was and the love seat was ordered without the console. Darcy admitted her part in this and it was reordered. Still no explanation on the recliner and they let us keep the wrong one until the right one got here! The owner did offer us the cost of our protection plan back, for our troubles...$80. After being offended by their offer they did offer us $400 in store credit, which we thought was more reasonable. It took another 6 weeks to get our correct love seat with console and recliner. The company called to set up delivery and to let us know that the recliner was somehow damage during shipping. We were beyond frustrated at this point but the chair worked and again they let us keep it until the other one came in. After another 7 weeks and still no recliner, we called to check on it, twice. We were told it was being shipped and then it would be here several days from when we called. We decided then to cancel the order and get our money back and we were not real confident of help should we have any issues in the future. My husband spoke with Mike, the owner, about our decision and he ended the conversation by telling my husband someone would call to have the furniture picked up and hung up on him. Real professional! We do not regret our decision just wished we wouldve done it sooner.

Wonderful experience. Miles Home Furnishings saved us several hundred dollars on the same furniture we found at another furniture store. Everyone we dealt with were very professional and kind. We absolutely love our new furniture. We’ll definitely be shopping there again.

My visit to Miles Furniture was the best furniture shopping experience ever. They have a beautiful sales floor, many quality brands in which to select from. The sales staff were very informative and friendly. I bought a sofa and ottoman about a year ago. It is beautiful! The price I paid was better than other stores I looked. I will definitely shop Miles Furniture when I need furniture. They should be very proud!!! Five stars!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE............I would not give Miles furnishing store fraud team of members even a rating reason listed below1. Salesperson says product has one year warranty and 10years frame warranty its all BIG LIE2. I trusted the salesguy and bought a leather sofa by Klaussner for 1285 and when I picked it from store and took home. Issue start hereSofa at one side of seating has sound of spring when you sit and get upWonder why I did not check at the time of pick up since the sofa was all packedWhen I reached out to the owner they said someone from warehouse will call and that never happened. Daily followup ended is stating that they will not do anything. I am seeking for legal options as they had robbed my 1284 in broad day lightOwner states that I need to find a local furniture repair shop and get it fixed on my ownI request anyone who plan on shopping here please spare your hard earned money from this placeI called you multiple times and your answer was please get it fixed outside there is nothing you could do.

Ordered a Southern Motion manual high back chair as the one in the store was electric which we didnt want.Waited 8 weeks and finally got the chair and it was very difficult to recline and stow. Called and spoke to Cam and he made me aware that these particular chairs recline different than other type of recliners and Carolyn, my saleslady, did not inform me as such. If this particuliar chair was on the floor, I would not have purchased it.Cam said there was nothing he could do and he stuck us with a chair that functionaly is not right. So I asked him if he would rather lose a customer for life rather than make it right and he replied saying there is nothing they can do.So, if you want to buy something from Miles, it better be a floor model otherwise they will stick it to you if what you ordered doesnt meet your expectations. They would rather lose a customer for life rather than provide excellent customer service.We will buy from somewhere else next time. There are many places to buy furniture.

Don’t go there, They are trying to believe you for every dime they can get out of the furniture. I understand that because they’re trying to liquidate and make as much money as I can but. There’s no reason to treat people as bad as Jerry did when I was in there. Acting like a used car salesman saying that if you don’t buy it somebody will buy it tomorrow.Very arrogant!!!!!!!No one should be treated that way!!!!!!

700 dollars for a nightstand isnt a bad price, neither is 5,000 dollars for a queen bedset. I understand you gotta make money but that might be why they are going out of business. Everything in there is exspensive Even their small rugs were a couple hundred dollars. I wish this business nothing but the best though.

Friendly service good prices not a lot to pick from but they are going out of business so they are not ordering new stock. I just bought a 8000.00 bedroom set for 3800.00 what a deal.

Sales were fine and they had no problem cashing my check. When the furniture came in, it was a hassle picking it up--definitely not on the clients terms as far as help or convenience. Probably wont go back and what a shame, wanted to support a local business.

The furniture is cheap and made in Chinathe salesman lied to us as to where it was made. I recently seen the same couch I bought on an add from Big Lots for a third of the price.

The prices have been marked up dramatically to compensate for the loss of business. I looked at a few couches and all were $2,500 and up and I was told that was with the 75% off.

Extremely overpriced so called going out of business prices.

Even with the going out business sale the prices are still too high.

I bought a couch and loveseat from them and it was suppose to be marked down $1000,00 because it was a display model. Got it home and noticed it was stain on one of the arms from someone with oily skin. O called them about it and they told me I did buy the display model and it was up to me to notice it before I bought it. Guess how many more times I will be shopping there.
