Not bad. Sad they got rid of their loyalty program that got you gifts each time you renewed every year and replaced it a weird point system and a credit card of all things. Other than that, still love Sallys.

Staff is very nice. Some present themselves as if theyre Professional Stylists and I dont think they should do that. Ive asked for suggestions and help almost everytime Ive gone in. They always help but, 9/10 times, their suggested product is no good. The woman that just answered the phone, SO RUDE! I called to ask if they carry a specific item. I literally got the first part of the name out and she interrupted me with a loud NO I said uh ok she said I dont have that brand but, we have other toners. I told her, Ive gotten bad advise from staff so, Im not taking staff advise and that was the toner Im looking for. I will not go back there. Just beware as far as taking advise.

I walked in today and was greeted warmly, asked if I needed help. I absolutely needed help. I told the lady what I was looking for and within 5 minutes she had me loaded up with everything I asked for, dispensed AMAZING advice, and was super sweet the entire time. She also made sure to apply every coupon she could to my purchase. I was in and out of there with exactly what I wanted within 10 minutes. I did not expect this amount of helpfulness or friendliness, not because I am jaded about retail but because she was just that awesome. 10/10 recommend. Will return for sure! Best customer service of all time.

Horribly rude tall slender female associate with curly hair. Sitting down on her phone instead of helping me with questions and then ignored me when I proceeded to ask a question. Bad attitude when I did go to her to get checked out. Will not be coming here again no doubt. Bad day or not, get your customer service together.

The ladys in here are always super kind and friendly and eager to help you with all your hair dreams have the patiences to deal with you lol and are always happy.

I have always liked this Sallys Beauty store regardless of which city I am in. They always seem to employ women who know what they are doing and today especially I had a really great experience. The sales representative wasnt sure when I asked her about doing a perm at home so instead of giving me the wrong information she asked her manager to clarify more specifically what my options were. I was very pleased to have been greeted with an upfront and honest approach, as I was just inquiring to my options. The manager had no problems telling me that I should go to a professional if I was unlicensed or didnt have help. I felt that this was so much more than a corporate facility that wanted to sell you products but real people who care that you dont look like a fool the next day. Thank you guys I appreciate it.

I visited this store on a number of occasions. Every visit Ive been greeted and asked if I needed help. Ive always needed help of some kind.The girls have always taken their time and explained why the product theyre suggesting is a good one. Not once did I ever feel rushed.I suggest this store for all locals who need great service, knowledgeable people and a friendly atmosphere.Thanks to all of them who make a visit a great one.

I love the staff here. Usually people tell me what they think I want to hear, not these girls! They are true professionals. Like any great beautician, they help you tweak the look you came in for to be a lot more flattering on you.

This store is the best Ive been to. Taylor is the most helpful Sallys employee I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with! She knows what shes talking about and is always quick to offer good advice.

Ive been dyeing my hair since about june of last year and the people here are so helpful! Whenever i dye my hair a color i tend to drop in with my mom at least two times, and theres usually someone available to help! Juliet has helped me out so much these past few trips and has been so nice, I have nothing but good words for this store and the people there!!

If I could give a 0 I would. Such rude people. Usually a store wants to sell products and make customers happy not insult them so they dont buy the product. Really not happy. Never shopping at this store again, I hope it gets shut down or hires new people.
