We originally bought a drone at Costco for our son.His second time flying it, it took off and landed in somebodys yard far away. We called Costco Sunday to see if they still had the same drone.They told us they didnt have it anymore and to try big box outlet. We drove from Snohomish when they said on the phone they had one. After my husband and son came in from the store I realized it was a used drone for the same price as the new one from Costco.He was able to fly it for about 10 seconds if that, it crashed and will not fly now only blink its lights.They sold us broken merchandise for full price. When I called and told them the drone they sold us worked for maybe 10 seconds they said all drone sales are final and theres nothing they will do about it.So if you want to pay full price for broken used stuff then shop here.

Went to the store in Marysville. It is well laid out and the staff there are very friendly and helpful.

I went in for the first time and found so many amazing things! One of the managers... I think Christina was so helpful! Someone named Regi was also so helpful. They even helped me bring the items to my car! So kind and helpful! Truly! My new favorite store!

I came in a few days ago and this experience has just bugged me like no other. When I first walked in I saw the cashier on their cellphone. As I walked past them they didn’t even acknowledge me. That right there told me I was in for something different. While looking at the prices I noticed that a product had two different prices. I had asked an employee about the price different. Her name was Kristi. She was very rude to tell me that’s how the prices were and there was nothing to do about it. She had a very terrible attitude telling me that products came in with the prices already on them. From there I was shocked with the experience I had of such disrespectful and nasty customer service. I said thanks and simply left my cart of items and left. I will not recommend this business to anyone else. They need to train their employees to have better attitudes and recognize customers when they walk in the door instead of being on there cellphones. You’d think older workers would know the drill by now. Very dissatisfied. 👎

There is a pretty good selection of products here. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The prices are good, but do your homework first. I found some things I could have gotten at Costco directly for the same or lower price. That being said, I did find some pretty good deals on other products.

Always great customer service! I have had nothing but patient, kind employees always willing to help me find something or just to say hi! I have not once had a bad experience. I love being able to find things that I normally wouldnt. I dont think I have walked out without buying anything, always a good deal from food to clothes to decor to even awesome furniture. In fact last night I purchased two chairs and the deal of the day which was a total score! The nicest employee which I regretfully do not recall her name, however she was so kind, she wrapped my chairs so make sure they didnt get dirty as well as her and another great employee helped me load up my car. Thank you again and to those looking to see if they should stop in, I say absolutely! You wont regret it!

Not sure how to feel about this place yet. Good deals can definitely be found, but our first purchase was a flop. We bought a kite and it was clearly used and already broken!! We returned it easily the next day with no quibble from the store, except they only provide a store credit. Thats a little disappointing, since it obviously wasnt our fault for buying a damaged product. Next time we will definitely inspect the purchase beforehand, especially since we live an hour away.

Great store with great employees. Johnathan and Nick are the ones that helped me with every question my mom and I had. They even helped us to our car. Fabulous. I recommend big box outlet to anyone looking for great prices.

The service here is over the top. They helped us get the perfect couch and loaded it too. They have a bunch of goofy outlet food and great clothes. I always find something cool.

What a wonderful store... So happy we just walked in to check out.. now were going there before we go anywhere else. The store people were wonderful and a big help.

This place seems more like a mix between a thrift store and an overstock food seller... which is not a good combination. The food is disgusting looking, smashed packages, some of what I saw was torn open, but had discounts for that (I have to assume thats why it was half the price of the same item sealed). The prices are inconsistent too. In a pile of counter-top mirrors, the same item had three or four different prices on them. Im not sure if it was because some worked and some didnt but the one we got did not have a working light, and even changing parts out, I still could not get it to work and finally tossed it out.Just like a thrift store, you might find a rare treasure, but I sort of doubt it.

I stopped by because I was in the area and was pleasantly surprised but the large amount of variety of things they offer. Definitely stop by to check out the seasonal and furniture they have great prices and deals on everyday things!

I know its an outlet store but when I saw food (in a bag, not canned) that had a best buy date that was almost two years past, I took it up to the counter to let them know. The cashier harshly told me that its a best buy date and not an expiration date and all they are legally required to do is follow an expiration date.I was a little shocked at why she had to be rude. And there is a difference between an outlet store selling food that is a little past a best buy date and food that is nearly two years past that date.Needless to say, we put everything back and left. I did escalate to the supervisor, Kristie didnt care, literally just looked at me and said OK sorry you feel that way and gave a blank stare.1. They only care about what they are legally required to do, not what is probably the best thing to do.2. Staff is rude, customer service is not important to them.3. Their Supervisors need to be trained on how to work out cusomer issues.We wont be back.

I really like most of the bargains that this store has. I usually find high quality second hand electronics and camping gear. However becareful when selecting them and research each item prior to purchase. Their policy is No cash refunds. So once you by it youre stuck with it. I got burned on an electric throw blanket. Worked for 2 wks then just died. Oh and you only get 1 lousy week to make returns or exchanges. Buyer beware on electronics. Test them immediately after purchase.

This store is clean and well organized, and carries a lot of the discontinued and hard to find items from the big warehouse stores. Ever say I wish Id have bought more of that when I had the chance at the warehouse? Check here!Ast Manager Trisha went the extra mile, and watched out for, and then contacted me, to make sure that I was able to get what I needed. I will definitely be back!

Disappointed. Spent a lot on a space heater that doesnt work and after hearing the problems someone else had with returning a damaged product, Im not hopeful that I will get my money back.UPDATE: they were actually really great and refunded full price. They apologized for the inconvenience and were very friendly.

Trish and Cody were very accommodating. Had purchased a product that ended up being used -- they didnt have any indication of that either as inspection is done elsewhere. Appreciate the time and customer friendly attitude. Looking forward to going back there again and again!

This was my first time at this store, and found it nice with lots of great stuff. They dont take food stamps, but, everything is cheap. I will be going back.☺️☺️God bless you all.

I am really glad to have a store that sells good quality stuff for cheaper than you could find at regular priced stores, however, I am sorely disappointed that at least two items I have nought from this store were missing pieces, one of them missing very important pieces. It was not labeled as such. There was nothing indicating I would have to find replacement parts or I would not have bought these items.

The staff are unfriendly and dont care, they would rather stand around talking with Each other than help you. I knew and know a few people who have and had worked there, one of the past employees made a bunch of fake accounts to up the ratings on here, the store manager Steve, wrote a few up himself and the assistant manager Courtney wrote at least one, ken an employee wrote one, Angela the supervisor, wrote one too. Casey a manager for the Monroe big box wrote one too. How are we suppose to know which ones are real or fake? How are we to trust that they are really as good as these reviews state? Me personally, I will never shop there. And before anyone says anything, I am an assistant store manager for a major grocery store. I know what real customer service is and how the employees are suppose to treat a customer. This location does not have it.

I am a repeat customer because Ive always received great customer service. Im always surprised by how much variety they have in the store which also keeps me coming back.

This is the worst store i have ever encountered. The products are good but the staff is horrible. When i had a question i was blatantly ignored. It took over a half hour before one of the staff members approached me for help. The worst part was at checkout. The little redhead, who apparently was a manager was texting on her phone when i approached the counter. I stood there awkardly waiting for her to acknowledge me. After what seemed like an hour she finally recognized i was a living breathing person. Thank god! This store must have very poor training standards for there management. I will gladly go elsewhere for much better service from now on.

Nice place for odds and ends. Filled with display items, factory seconds/blems, and opened box stuff. Elec. razors to elec. recliners, sinks to clothing, and assorted food merchandise.

The manger is outstanding to customers. I noticed he treats his staff very well also.

Basically a small Big Lots, but some good deals can be found. Very hit and miss though.
