At this location they have made A LOT of departments smaller. Selection is worse and prices are not competitive unless they are on sale. Even though you save tax it’s not worth a drive there depending on your location. They also taken away popular names of product when it comes to clothes and using there own brand of which I personally don’t care for. Sizing if off and material is so so. All and all I’ve become disappointed. I used to shop there all the time knowing I’m getting a really good deal. Not anymore.

Merry Christmas! No joke, this is a picture just a few days before. This establishment is literally so bad you can not find them on the BBB website! Not family oriented. Almost zero clothes and shoes for boys. Seasonal items are a shameful selection. Zero furniture. Mens selection is a joke. No uniform items. They have several rows of items that are redundant with the commissary next door.

When they have sale prices it is a good deal. Good stuff is the same as in town with tax. Good quality clothes but pricey.

I went in for a timer and was pleased to find one. Great service as usual. I wish theyd reopen the mini mart though and I wish the GM would align the gas price closer to the lower side.

Basic needs and wants. Not as big as Whidbey or Bangor.

The best place to shop as long as you have military ID. No tax and a wide variety of stuff!!!

The exchange is great. Especially for disabled veterans as they now have access to the entire building. You can buy clothing like North Face to TVs and groceries. Not a huge selection but plenty.

Visited the barbershop. Excellent haircut. Dont even have to look in mirror to know it was done right. I just say, make me look good and they do!

For the past 5 years the NEX refuses to move into the 21st century by using contactless payment methods. They continue to put customers privacy and data at risk for being compromised

Their food is out dated. Prices have gone up. I think Walmart is much cheaper. There not really friendly. Thier produce meat is black or rotten. And stated its on special 93% meat. And 80 percent meat is pink. At managers price. Milk is always expired. Bread will get green if you dont read expiration date they put the outdated in the front and the recent food in the back. Fruits and vegetables will rot within days unless you plan to eat right away.

Ridiculous, gave me problems Ive never experienced at other exchange stores with my veteran id. Ive even shopped in this exact location a month or so beforehand.

Love shopping here for liquor and other items. Fair selection of the stuff they carry and generally a great one stop shopping trip for me and the family. It would be nice to see the cosmetics carried change or increase at some point.

Nice choices but a bummer not to find the uniform shop here.

For veterans and active duty/reserve personnel it is a good place to shop. Deals are better than Costco. No traffic in terms of shoppers and customer service is very welcoming to the vets

Its a great place to buy expensive items that carry a lot if tax such as electrics or alcohol. Tax free items is the only reason to shop at the Navy Exchange. Their clothing could be upgraded with more stylish clothing but buying a expensive laptop without paying taxes is a great feeling. Alcohol nowadays is expensive so stocking up is a smart decision to do at the Navy Exchange. They have a good selection of alcohol to satisfy anyones drink of choice.

Nice selection of things. Got a really cute dress for my granddaughter. The price was reasonable.

Great assortment of goods. A smaller exchange but well stocked.

Clean, well-lit, and has some great prices. If youre a military individual and in the area this is a great place to shop. It is also tax free and given the high cost of taxes in the greater Seattle area thats always a blessing. They carry a bunch of the top brands, and I would rather go here to get a purse then to any of the malls around here.

What a great experience. Hubby won a $ 500.00 gift certificate by using the NEX scratch off with a purchase. Anyone still have UR Scratch off go shop @ the Navy Exchange 2day is the last day.

No Sales Tax!!! Saves you 9.5 or 10% right there. No income tax in Washington state. If you are active duty, or retired, and you arent shopping here you are throwing money away. Well stocked, quality brand name items, friendly and helpful staff. Rarely busy. If there are more than 2 customers at a register they call for backup and open another one. Love this place.

Great place for military and military retirees

Great place. A bit small compared to other Exchanges and a bit far from the base. It is in a nice isolated spot though so it doesnt get too busy. Prices can be inflated but they price match with no taxes so do your research to make sure you are getting a good deal.

This is always the best place to go. Ive been bring my vehicles here since 2002. Complete professional.

The Exchange has changed. They dont carry anything you need. Not as cheap as they use to be. Save taxes. Its no big deal anymore . If you have to drive a ways.

The size of this Navy Exchange is definitely deceitful from the outside. Its not the largest NEX youll ever go to but it has everything youre looking for. Very organized, staff was friendly, and store was clean. All that you can really ask for.

It has a decent selection of alcohol. I would like to see them expand their healthy snack selection. I go to GNC and get deals for the stuff I can get there as opposed to the Exchange.

Good prices on some items and no tax. Selection is rather limited. Doesnt usually get crowded, so no lines.

This was such a nice surprise to find this NEX. It may be small, but has a lot of quality merchandise. Prices are reasonable and also provides variety for everyone.

I tried to price match a set of beats here, as ive price matched things before, but the man who works in electronics refused to accept the advertisement I pulled up on my phone, so i took my business elsewhere. I had to pay tax, but walmart was willing to price match for me and it was still cheaper than the nex. Id say call ahead, but youll probably have to deal with the same guy I did.

The Navy Exchange is for military members only. You must show proper ID to gain entrance. The place is a little old, and it is starting to show it. Its a little off the beaten path, but has all the things you expect to find at an exchange facility.

Its a navy exchange - has what you expect it to have. If you need a larger version with more selection, youd have to go south to JBLM.

This particular Navy Exchange (NEX) isnt any where close to the level it used to ooerate. It has been on a slow downward track for almost 14 years, or more. Local management does try, but big NEX keeps them from doing much. This is a good example of why NEX, MEX, CEX, and AAFES are not needed in the CONUS in most cases. They dont offer much, cant do much, and charge just as much, or more for the items you can purchase elsewhere even though you dont pay sales tax. I remember thr days when military stores had it, or could get it for less money, and worked hard toward those goals. The attitude now is apethetic. What a disappointment these stores have become, and a waste of money. As I asmitwd, they are needed over seas, remote areas, and high cost areas. They are not needed elsewhere. But, you save a lot on alcohol, if you drink.
