This is actually a nice and bright store for the chain. Its a merchandises typical of All of their stores. However, most of theirs seems better stocked even though what I went in there looking for was out of stock. Despite being out of stock the staff did know when new product was going to be arriving. I did not have a chance to check The accuracy of what they told me though because I was just visiting the area temporarily.

Employees were all nice and welcoming. One lovely lady helped me find some headbands. Overall the store felt inviting and i left a happy customer

It was going well until one of the workers started following me around and kept asking if I was looking for something specific, and she would not have me leave her sight. She acted like I was gonna steal something. I was gonna get read to buy something but after how rude she washing I put back what I was gonna buy and left. I dont wanna go somewhere and purchase something from a store with a rude worker like her.

Ample parking at mall in Marysville, some good sales going on for furniture, bedding, and some food items. Found 20 ounces of wheat thins and chicken in a biscuit for same price as 7.5 ounces elsewhere. The stock changes often and more items are available now. I couldnt find something I had my eye on earlier, but it may be there next time.

Staff was helpful and friendly! Busy place! Only one cashier so it took a few minutes to check out....but she was friendly and upbeat!

Cashier rang up my order to fast, I told him in my email I had 20% off and I was bringing it up he was done with me. I found the email and he was done with me he wouldnt fix my purchase witch was 275.00.

Big lots are... I dont think this new big lots are the original idea of big lots. I always thought that you can buy big items that costs big shelf prices on most retailers for much cheaper at Big Lots... I am not just talking about this particular store but all Big Lots.

Decent prices on a lot of stuff. Especially their planters, its hard to find planters that arent really expensive, they are cheap but not flimsy cheap.

The store was much better organized than my previous visit. Staff was helpful but really need to wear their masks right. Under the nose doesnt work, needs to cover that too! I didnt feel they were following state restrictions on allowing more than the 25% capacity.The customers did not social distance at all!!I was uncomfortable to say the least and left.

We love Big Lots. There is always something fun to buy. Interesting things to buy. Just watch as prices are not always the cheapest.

It was decent. Not a lot of items to choose from like other Big Lots I have been to. I went specifically for some cookies that showed being there but they didnt have the exact kind I want. But it was clean and big.

Even when you buy items online for pick up they don’t have them in stock. No sorry. Just. We don’t have that you’ll get a refund. Rude, they all seem to hate their jobs and the store is a hot mess. I don’t shop here often but the 3 times I have cured me from that mistake again.

I am always amazed at big lots, they have what Im looking for, and its at a relatively good price. You can spend $$$ and hours driving around trying to get what you want, or you can go there and be done!

Always find interesting stuff there. I think Ill just take peak, but deep down I know Im bringing something home.

My last visit here wasnt so pleasant, the lady on the register had a bloody hand or finger and she covered everything i purchased in her blood.... my items, the bag, the receipt was the worst!!!! I thought it was just a receipt but when I got home i realized that everything had bloody prints!!!! Im not sure what happened to her but she shouldnt have serviced customers at that time!!! I had to wipe everything with disinfecting wipes at home! And this store doesnt have price stickers on 50% of their merchandise!!! Very frustrating!

So an update on the sectional lounge couch i bought on 5/18/2020! I posted about a month ago that the couch I bought from Everett Big Lots had stains all over the bottom part of the lounge after we took the plastic off, we payed for the extra warranty because we have dogs and thought it would be a good idea🙄 Well the next day after we set it up and seen it was all stained I called Big lots and told them about the stains, they said to call the warranty number, so indid only to be hung up on over and over and over, nobody even answered, it just kept hanging up!!! So I called Big Lots back and the Manager said they could either give me 10% off or I could wait for a new one to come in and replace it, I opted for a new one!!!! Never heard anything back, so in the meantime of waiting I was finally able to get ahold of someone from warranty and was told they would send out the shampoo right away😡 It is now the end of August and numerous calls to warranty and being told, We are so sorry we will get that right out to you, last call being a month ago, still no shampoo..........I am now so upset that I bought this couch from Big Lots and I should have went with my gut and went to a real furniture store...... So do not buy the WARRANTY!!!!!!!! And Big Lots has been no help.........

I like the new store lay out. Easier to look at furniture, and more than before. Some of the other catagories got condensed a bit, but still nice selection. I usually go here to look for something, but not to specifically, and generally I find exactly what i need. Or get something I didnt know I needed that was useful.Employees are always helpful and friendly

After trying to purchase furniture at the Bellingham Big Lots I ended up going to the Marysville Big Lots. Why drive all the way down there? Big Lots has a lease option that I like to use and the Bellingham salesman couldnt help us. Im glad I did. The furniture department manager ended up helping us and she was amazing. The Marysville store was a long way to go, but, it was worth it.

Best big lots Ive been to, hands down. The sales lady was extremely helpful in selecting my purchases. Checked for items in the back, and ones coming on a truck just to satisfy my purchase. Large store location thats not overburdened with stuff everywhere like some are. Clean and helpful staff. Would recommend going here.

Big Lots is one of my favorite stores. They have a variety of unique items especially around the holidays. The prices are competitive or lower then other stores.

Bought some basic supplies but enjoy reviewing other options. The store was quiet, clean, and nicely ordered. The mens restroom was very clean.

This place is great the employees let me use the restroom before they knew I was going to spend any money there or not, I even had my 100 lb pit bull dog with me,( well-behaved of course) and they didnt fallow me around watching me as if I were a thief like they do at Wally world. Well maybe they did and they where just that much better at it. Lol anyhow great shopping nice people and the prices arent out of control. The only reason they didnt get five stars is no one is so imperfect or perfect enough to get 0 or 5 stars. No ones perfect and it could be worse.

Employees helpful and polite. Store was clean and well lit with plenty of aisle room and good selection of merchandise on the scale of a Wal-Mart. Plenty of parking and no transients hanging around.

I only gave it four stars because the bathrooms were dirty and there were no paper towels. Other then that great prices and nice employees.
