Might you find a less expensive mattress online? Maybe. But the crew in Marysville will do everything swiftly and professionally for you without pushing you. I have used this location multiple times. Every single time Jason and Jerry are extremely helpful, never pushy, and make us feel like family. They take the time to listen to their customers wants and needs. Each time I have been there they have satisfied of each one of my family members.

I had a very good experience this week buying a new memory foam mattress. Jason the sales rep insisted I try multiple mattress, not justthe firm one I thought I needed. Turns out he was right, the medium firm mattress when it was delivered was perfect and I have not woken during the night as usual due to discomfort. I recommend Mattress Depot for its no pressure, high info sales talk which gave me the perfect mattress. Cheers!

When I first walked in Jerry came over and greeted me and asked me how he could help me. He was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Upon first entering Mattress Depot USA we met Jason B. and then Jason W. My brother was looking for something more plush and me more firm to help my back pain. I prefer the plush feel but my back pain was greatly relieved by a more firm mattress. So they showed us each beds to suit our individual needs. After trying out many different types of beds, makes, ideas, possibilities and adjustable frames... I learned a lot that day. I returned by myself and tried my favorite beds again. I was not rushed and felt like I could take my time making such an important decision. Some time went by and I returned a third time to make a purchase. I was very impressed by how much Jason W was trying to help me get the most for my dollar and upgrade me into a better bed/frame. Ended up buying an adjustable frame that I absolutely love with a much better mattress that I don’t think I would’ve had without Jason W and his $ magic. When I first got the mattress it was a much firmer than the one in the store. After a quick call to Jason W he reassured me that it’s just a brand new bed and it needs to be broken in. He gave me some suggestions and to give it some time and if you don’t like it let us know..we will find you something else. Well after a month has gone by I can tell you I absolutely love this bed. I was supposed to be getting the demo bed for the price he quoted me but he surprised me with a brand new one when it was delivered and what a nice thing to do. I am one very happy sleeper. Sales guys are very helpful and non pushy. They directed us to their best seller and didn’t try to oversell us. Great prices! Great quality! Loved that delivery was included, they even tossed in an upgraded liquid protector (which we didn’t ask for) because they forgot to send the original one with the deliver truck. We purchased a split king with adjustable bases. We were able to get a great deal,plus delivery. Upon delivery Derrick and Ray were great and super friendly. They carefully carried the new bed upstairs (despite the narrow and sharp turns in my staircase) and set everything up.

It was a great experience, Charles was amazing! He was great at finding the perfect bed for my husband and I. He answered all our questions, even things he had never been asked before. We will be referring anyone that wants a bed here for sure. He never made us feel rushed, we took over 3 hours to choose our beds.

Its worth it to pay full price elsewhere. Store reminds me of a used car lot. They wheel and deal, give a set of prices and assure you of the 120 Day Worry Free Guarantee. It all sounds great until you try to cash in on it. Those great prices they quoted you on the other mattress sets? Gone. Oh we cant offer discounts if youre doing an exchange. You have to pay list price. Company policy. But they dont tell you this at the time of purchase nor is it stated or written anywhere. Yup, get you into a factory second that is a good as new that turns out to be crap then when you decide to get a new one, youre stuck paying list price or losing out on the money from your first purchase. It was worth losing the $400 to go to a better, more reputable store. The extra money you pay at Sleep Country is worth it. During and after the purchase service are FAR superior. Two thumbs down for Mattress Depot.

My husband and I bought our mattress and a pillow for me awhile back from Mattress Depot. My husbands pillow was giving him migraines so we went to the Marysville location to pick one out. Jason was extremely helpful and informative on the right pillow for how my husband sleeps. Highly recommend going to see Jason for your mattress or pillow needs.

Purchased a bed here for delivery and set up and Anthony & Luther were great!We had a super tight timeline with taking possession of our new home at 4pm and needing a bed to sleep in that night.They called when they were on the way, showed up promptly and had everything assembled and set up in a flash. I was so worried from previous awful delivery experiences, but they were professional in every manner and made sure everything happened with ease!

Weve bought several beds from them over the years and they are great, the latest being an adjustable mattress base. Derrick and Ray were great setting it up and taking away our box spring.

Bad experience. Bed ok but bought a mattress protector $80 discounted to $59. We were told it would not make you feel hot or sweaty. Told to wash before use. Did that. First night...hot, sweaty. A guest kindly tried a night...same thing. Tried to take it back and absolutely NO. Because it was washed and used. How does a person know how it performs w/o using it? Salesman claims he told us people rarely feel hot and I will refute that absolutely.

My husband and I bought a mattress here 1 year ago. Paid 2500 and the matrees is hurting our backs like crazy. The service was good when we went in but the mattress only lasted 1 year and now it feels awful. Becareful choosing the right mattress. Hope this helps others.
