Super super long wait for drinks to be made. Waited at least 25 min after paying for two coffees. After all that, my Cappuccino smelled of sour milk. Not worth the wait!

Today was the last straw for me. I have been coming here faithfully for a long time. Mobile ordering has been great. My order today was a coffee and an oatmeal. I ordered at 7:55 AM and I walk in a few minutes after. The oatmeal was ready but the young brunette girl working behind the counter felt the need to yell out at me in a rude way as I walked in that there were 3 drinks ahead of mine. I dont know how she knew it was me but everytime I see her she seems like she doesnt want to be there and is not the friendliest person to deal with. I didnt think anything of it at first until I stood there and watched multiple customers come in after me and order at the counter and quickly get their drinks. Mine wasnt ready until 8:30, even though the ready time was supposed to be 8:07, making me late to work, all the while being treated as an inconvenience by the person working while waiting for my order to be completed that took 35 minutes to complete, yet everyone elses averaged around 5 minutes that came after me. I have spent the last several years spending close to $2,000 per year but I think it is time to move on.

Lids were not on tight enough. I looked down and coffee was everywhere in my floor board. Im an Uber driver and I was way into my delivery to turn around..make sure lids are tight please. Thats ridiculous and my customer will be very upset Im sure. I would be.

It’s a Starbucks! Delicious coffee drinks in any shape, form and consistentcy imaginable. Get your caffeine fix in a store with a contemporary eclectic interior, very busy, yet friendly associates while listening to chill coffeehouse music. This location is always busy these days, but wait times are still reasonable.

I got a iced latte and a sandwichI did wait a lil bit but not too long and everything tasted goodAlso the workers in this store were knowledgeable and helpful

Expensive long wait and the special that was advertised they were out of. Several time I went back that week and they still didnt have it.

Coffee and food were great. Outdoor tables are perfect with social distance restrictions still happening.

We got three different orders, a strawberry acai refresher, a funnel cake frappe with no coffee, and a caramel Frappuccino. The strawberry refresher was flavorless, the funnel cake drink tasted like foam... and only foam, and the “Caramel” frappe has absolutely no Caramel in it whatsoever.We were the only people in the establishment at the time, so I’m not sure why all of our orders were messed up; and usually I am not one to complain and I understand most situations, however, for the price people pay for drinks at Starbucks, this was not worth it at all. The baristas were very nice, I just wish they paid more attention to their drinks.

Called to place a complaint, but no one would answer after multiple attempts, so Ill just leave a review to hopefully get someones attention. About half of my trips to this Starbucks lately have ended with me having half-filled drinks. This picture shows the whipped cream line, and the liquid is about 2+ inches from the top of the cup. I understand not filling to the brim for safety purposes, but you could at LEAST fill it within an inch for the nearly $6 we pay for these drinks.Update: 7 months later, and still the same issue.

Always, always slow. They need to take lessons in expediency from the chik-fil-a people. And they dont stir or mix the drinks. If you get a drink with flavor syrup, I guarantee its all at the bottom of the cup.

Tried the funnel cake frappuccino and it was not good at all. Very strange taste and didnt taste anything like a funnel cake.

This used to be my choice place to get a cup of coffee. The service now is terrible. I ordered a normal cup of drip coffee. I needed to wait for all the speciality drinks to be completed. It took 9 minutes to give me a cup of drip coffee. The person behind the counter was not even busy. I have never experienced this at other Starbucks. Leadership upgrade is needed.

Never been a fan of the product but sheesh this place is horrid. Not because of the items but the staff. Lines are always super long probably because the staff would rather talk about their college experience than actually gaining work experience. My coffee is right there. Stop talking, take my money and give me my coffee.

The store is open inconsistently and the drive thru is the SLOWEST I have ever experienced. You will wait for at least 15 minutes in line. I do not recommend this location if youre in a rush. You will even wait for mobile orders.

Arrived after placing a pick up order on the app to find out the doors are locked. There’s a sign on the door that’s says “we are drive through only today.” Spent 20 minutes in drive through line before being able to pick up my to go order which was now cold due to having to wait in line so long. This Starbucks always has service issues. Going to start going to Alcoa Highway as they are quick and get you through the line quickly.

I dont really know the purpose of having a website that says youre open when youre closed. So let me correct the store hours for you. Are we open? Idk... Flip a coin. 50% of the time, yes. 50% of the time no. Your guess is as good as mine. They ought to be giving me a discount my next trip out there for all the gas Ive wasted for several times this has happened, but the truth is I just wont be going back to this location, and Ill make sure all my friends and family dont either.

My recent experience the other morning has stood out from my many coffee runs. I was in the drive thru and came across Bri the barista. We chuckled and shared our common name together. I was having a really rough and stressful week at work (healthcare) and I needed a pick me up. Her attitude was so awesome (even with a mask) I could see her smile and she genuinely asked how I was. I really appreciate that! Especially during these times! I think compassion being shared is so important and wanted to thank you for such an awesome experience!

I hope I got heard her name correctly, but yesterday morning I had great customer service Cassie (she had curly dark brown hair and a floral face mask) in the drive thru! I always love this location and how friendly the staff is. My drink was perfect too!

Rather slow the two (and probably only times, given how long the orders took) times we came.

Guys save your time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else. This store’s franchisee can’t get it together. They often randomly close or just plain don’t open without warning or explanation, and now their espresso machine is broken. One of the most vital pieces of equipment to their business. Their drive thru is too narrow and restricted that you can’t escape. If you do go through the drive-through and they tell you that their machine is broken and you can’t get the coffee that you want, you are now trapped in a long line of cars in front of you and behind you. I was trapped in the drive-through for 10 minutes. This location has been going downhill for a while just avoid it.

I love Starbucks coffee but this particular location is very unorganized! You never know if they are open or not and they keep switching when its only drive-thru to, oh we decided to open our lobby today! 😡

It was very busy and behind in mobile orders. Hard to get a parking stall and difficult to navigate the parking lot. Once the drink arrived it was fine.

Despite how slammed they are at this specific spot, all the employees were in good moods. I am constantly impressed by people who work at high volume coffee venues. I always wish that they got paid more. I was also impressed that none of the inside customers seemed impatient. Everyone was calmly waiting despite the packed and frenetic vibe.

The line wasnt very long it took at least 15 minutes to get through it. It was the first time Ive been to a Starbucks so I dont know if that is the average or above or maybe below. The girl working the register at the window was very friendly.

This used to be a five star location however every since they brought in a new manager the quality of our drinks have gone down. My husband and I always order an Americano and we have to have it remade almost every time and it still isn’t as good as they used to be. A tall calls for two shots and it always taste weak. We used to be able to stand and watch them make it and so often we would catch them only putting in one shot! The Starbucks across from the airport gets it right every time, we never have a problem there and our coffees taste perfect.

Staff is always so upbeat and patient, not always easy during a rush. And of course the coffee is good

This location has gone downhill over the past year. The staff seems undertrained and the wait is atrocious. I have recently had to wait almost 10 minutes for a pike because the person that took my order inside was too busy playing with a display to turn around and pour it (it was already brewed btw).The recent management changes seems to be not good for this location.So not recommend this location if you expect timely service.The experience is not up to Starbucks standards. I always have a wonderful experience at the location across from the airport.

Worst drive through EVER!!! Once you get in the line you can’t get out and they take for ever!! It is literally the slowest Starbucks drive through I have ever experienced! Took 30 minutes! And I couldn’t just leave, there’s literally NO WAY OUT!!! If you’re going to trap people in the drive through you need to be extra fast and extra thorough!!

The slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. The employees may not be to blame however. The speaker you order from is too close to the window. Like two car lengths so they dont really have adequate time to make your things. Also seems to always be out of the ham and Swiss. Hint: order more!

This location is consistently the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. No matter the time of day, I usually spend between 15-25 mins waiting in the drive through. The management here does not know how to move a drive through, and it is only this location. The other locations nearby do not have nearly the wait in the drive through that this location has.

This is one of my favorite locations. Its not that far from my work, so I tend to stop in their often. Ive always had speedy service, and the staff is always friendly and. Ive never had my coffee or drinks given to me with errors here.

Just left Starbucks and the guy at the window Jarod was so sweet and took time to ask me how my Fourth of July was going and he listened to me and was so courteous. I work at the target next door so this Starbucks is always my go to. Keep up the amazing work, you guys are really awesome!

The my food and coffee was ok, but the young adult attitudes were not. I’ve been going there loyally for a while and now I’m done. Until you all get your younger adult workers to start respecting their customers I will not be back. And I will advise others to not.

Placed my order on the app. When I got to the store, the doors are locked and a sign posted says you can only go through the drive thru. Now, they already have my money but I have to wait in a line going around the building with people who havent ordered yet. Why was there not an alert on the app! I would have just gone somewhere else or made coffee!

I come to this location 3 to 4 times a week. The staff is always friendly and the food and coffee are consistent. In fact the friendliness and consistency are so good, I have been wanting to learn about the Starbucks employee training process. I am a small business owner and want to be able to train my staff to be just as friendly and consistent. 5 Stars.

Love love love this starbucks. All the employees are amazing. They are always so nice and happy. Never have I gone in there and one be mean or rude. This one is my favorite and I actually have one closer to me but because this one is so good, I make the extra time.

How are you just going to close the drive thru at 2pm on a Thursday with a sign that just says Drive Thru Closed please dont remove the sign??! The lobby is obviously closed due to Covid at this time but your drive thru is the only one out of the three here in Blount County thats closed!! Wow!! Customer Service at its finest....

Starbucks in general has great service. This Maryville Starbucks has the slowest service ever. Dont get caught in the drivethrough, because once youre in, youre in for 30 min or more.
