Had a hard time finishing my transaction here today because the employee who was helping me couldn’t put his phone down long enough to focus on our two minute conversation. I did decide to purchase here instead of Walmart or online because I have had stellar customer service here before. They need to be more upfront about their return policy. Was not aware that they only offered store credit for returns until the transaction was over.Also- they sell used products for $12 less than retail and offer a $20 warranty. Next time I will buy new.Cool place if you get the right person. I am glad that they provide a place for kids to play games.

Steve was so very kind and helpful. Made me feel welcome and there was no silly question. For all he knew, I could be a begginer or advanced and he would have been just as helpful. Bought a ps4 controller from these people they said it was brand new and it was definitely used the controller has problems can’t even use it on online pvp games. Never will I do Business with these people ever again!!!!!

A few years ago they wanted to give me 80$ for the borderlands 2 ultimate loot chest that was in perfect condition. When said CE goes for nearly 200$ used onlineThen offered me literal cents for skylander figures a year backTheir prices on most of the (USED mind you) games there are marked way above what you pay onlineThis place is disappointing

This review is for my entire experience at this location and for an employee there named Jacob. I was searching for a fun game for a dinner party I was hosting and this young man was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. With all of my questions, and I had a lot, he never behaved as though I was a bother or like he needed to do something else which has been my experience with retail clerks when I don’t know exactly what I’m looking for or what I need. But this guy was amazing. I appreciated him so much. Great store. Great selection. Great service as always, but above and beyond this time. Thanks, Jacob!

I waited 15 minutes for the cashier to help me get a console out of the case, he was ignoring me to talk to his friend about a Dragon Ball Z theory right next to me. He only came over to to help after he was finished telling them about his youtube channel.

I came in with over $500 worth of cards to be offered $40. The man tried to tell me that my starlight rare was only an ultra rare, then after I said I didn’t wasn’t to sell it offered $20 for the remaining $90 worth of cards. I understand needing to turn a profit but to offer less than 25% of value is a ripoff. I feel like he tried to underbid because he thought I didn’t know what I was talking about.

I like these sorts of gaming and trading, stores because you can find things that are already long gone from department or chain stores. Like exclusive Funko POP figures!

I absolutely LOVE this store. My favorite thing is the fact that u can walk in and hand the cashier 2 dollars and then u can get a monster energy drink out of the cooler. I think it is fantastic as well that they do trading card competitions

The staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly. They are always eager to help find what best fits your individual needs even when you dont quite know what they are !!The card tables are always so welcoming to new players for many game types. All around good people.

They have product priced in case but when you try to buy something they lookup the item and try to charge you more. If you are gonna lookup the price on tcgplayer when you sell an item dont pre-price product in the case. You should honor the price you have product marked. Wont be buying gaming product from you ever again.

Good store. Theyre website didnt work well (very confusing) and some of the staff had no idea what I needed or how to get it for me. However, everyone was very friendly, the place was easy to find, and they have loads of stuff.

As someone casually looking around, I felt this was a good place. There were plenty of options for video games, card games, and pop culture items. The staff treated my little sister like a human being, and were knowledgeable about their products.

Great place to waste money. My most recent experience. I bought a game from them on Wednesday and soon as I started to play it that night it would completely crash my system. I tried to take it back on Friday to get a refund, only to learn they refuse to give you your money back. You can only get store credit or exchange it for something in the store. The problem with that is this is the second time I have gotten something from this store that has been defective. The first time it was a console, but I had to leave town after I bought it so when I got back and had time to play it I had already passed the return window. Even though the receipt says no cash refunds they seem to think credit cards are the same thing and wont issue a refund. No where on the receipt does it say you can only get store credit and they do not inform you of this when you are purchasing items.

This place is constantly improving the selection of games and merchandise. For the amount of time I spend there, they could make money off me with a drink dispenser. ;)

This place is an absolute joke!! It gets 1 star only because it wont let me give them 0. The manager is beyond rude & has no clue on how to run a respectable business. My mother bought my son a game for his birthday that was used & priced $5 less than new. The game didnt come with a book & the case was busted up. When I went in to return the game 10 minutes after it was purchased, the ignorant manager told me no refunds & only store credit & referenced the message on the bottom of the receipt!! The receipt that you receive AFTER purchase!! This absurd policy was never brought to her attention at the time of purchase. I suggest the manager go back to his mothers basement & continue to play Dungeons & Dragons rather than attempt to socialize with society. A shower wouldnt hurt him either.

In a place like this; the staff should be the highlight. Fortunately, the is the case. They make you feel very welcome, are informative, and can communicate with any age group efficiently.

Very helpful and kind staff. The video games are a good price and are in usually above acceptable quality. They clean and repair scratches for no cost if you are purchasing the game that needs to be cleaned/fixed.As for the back section, which is devoted to card and tabletop games, it is clean and well kept. The tables are clean and there is plenty of seating available. The singles are in good shape and they have many different packs available. They also have weekly gaming events, such as Friday Night Magic, Modern, Standard, Vintage, and Commander Magic The Gathering tournaments, Yu-Gi-Oh games, and Pokemon games. There are snacks and refreshments available for around a dollar each.

Ive always had a great time when dealing with these guys.

My fiancé, son, and I come in often to play Pokémon a lot on sundays. The staff they used to have was much better than the newer staff. The newer staff ignores you and don’t want to help you, the old staff would greet you and be super friendly and everything. They don’t care if they update the Pokémon card selection or not. To keep good customers is to give good customer service.. Overall, I like the MANAGER and the store itself, but that’s mainly it.

Alright store but i brought an accessory for the xbox 360 that i payed $100 dollars for FROM THAT EXACT STORE and they offered me $13 dollars while i saw the exact same controller sitting there for $90 its not a pawn shop so that should be fixed. and they could also improve the yugioh tcg singles and get some more booster boxes and special boxes and tins but otherwise pretty good

Sent me home to get my PS4, even said I would be back by closing. Once I got back before 8:00, they close at 9:00 mind you, they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have enough time to take my PS4 in. Then why did you let me drive home, and back, to tell me you couldn’t do it. This place is trash.

CM Games stores are great, but go to any other of their other stores and stay away from this one. The employees are clowns and very uninformed.

Good place to look for old games

Only gave 1 star because I had to..bought a game as a Christmas gift for our nephew..attempted to get a refund 15 minutes right after my purchase when I found out another family member had purchased the same item for our nephew..was told I could only get an in store credit..Also was never told about a non refundable policy when we purchased the game..My sons have bought many games from this store..we will never be back..
