GameStop (GME) is powered, supported, and funded almost entirely by a generation of gamers whos first controller was square and had less buttons than your grandmas cell phone. Why? We have no idea.This gamestop has friendly staff who are always willing to help find a game, make a recommendation, or explain to us old people why my child wants something called a funko pop.

The clerk was very helpful and listened to my daughter when she asked a question. I prefer this store over the Alcoa location even though its farther from my house.

Stopped in right at closing and the associate was very helpful. He did not try to rush me out. Great customer service!

Tidy store. Helpful employees, had a lot of games and collectibles. Only complaint would be driving 20 mins to pick up a collectible but it wasnt at the store, they said it mustve been shoplifted :(

I went to look at some cheap used wii games that generally dont have a case so they are more affordable. The ones that come in the little paper envelope. They didnt seem to have any like the other game stops Ive been to had.

I dont think its possible to say anything negative about GameStop. The employees at the 411 Maryville store are fantastic. Great place and people.

This place has all the popular games. You can pre order, buy new, and used games. They have a 7 day return policy for used games. They also offer a Rewards Pro membership which gives you an additional 10% off used games. Great store!

This is were I buy all mine game and the people are nice they will help you if you dont not want your looking for.

Worst game stop ever. One day they opened 10 minutes late and only because I was knocking on the window. Even then, the guy was very begrudging about having to work.Today, I brought a brand new game case from the wall to check out and the guy tells me that since its a new game it wont be available for 3-4 months for any store in 100 miles. I went next door and got it at Walmart. I hope corporate closes this awfully run store.

It would be 5 stars if they opened at 9:00am like most businesses as I dont want to wait all day other than that is GameStop you get what you pay for and dont expect a deal that you dont have to spend more money on using smoke screens and hype of certain titles, they get paid commission on that ..lol and the customer reviews help them keep their job and canceling a pre-order all but puts them out the door if you have bad customer service FYI..food for thought anyway its a pawnshop for games and gamers
