When It was just Doctor Pedersen this place was great. Now that they have been bought out it stinks. The office girls bill you for service charges and higher amounts that you owe. There prices have goon way up, I guess they need to pay for all that remodeling in the office. Too bad they used to be good.

I HAVE to agree with Don Lane. When it was Dr. Pedersen alone, and was a little office, it was great. I called REQUESTED Dr. Pedersen (had no idea what this place had become, or I never wouldve even made the appt.) and when I got there, I had NO IDEA WHO I WAS SEEING. It was like being on an assembly line. Not to mention it was 5:00 p.m. when I was done. Those girls couldnt get me out of there fast enough. Dilated my eyes, THEN TOLD ME TO PICK OUT GLASSES. WHAT? I CANT SEE TO PICK THEM OUT. Two weeks later, and I still have no glasses. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! I love Dr. Pedersen, but Im sorry, Im done with this place.
