Great store. It has everything you need. Very upstanding and helpful staff. The pharmacy is top-notch as well.

I feel sorry for any other store that is receiving team members from this store, they have no customer service skills, or know how to handle any kind of customer dispute. They allow there employees to blatantly harass and single out customers, It is a horrible display of leadership for the managers to allow this to go on, and it does not teach your employee any kind of customer relations skills

Completely worthless all around. These people have no clue whatsoever when it comes to photography OR customer service. Do not plan to go there and have a pleasant experience with regard to printing pictures!

I am a college student and I was trying to drop off a prescription and run errands until I had to pick it up and go to class. I asked the lady how long it would be until it would be ready and she said 30-45 minutes. So I ran errands for an hour knowing that they might need a little extra time. When I came back to the drive through I had to wait behind two cars for 20-25 minutes so I could get to the window to be told to come back in another 30 minutes. They were unusually slow compared to most Walgreens that I have been to. I just think they should give accurate estimates of time and be honest when they are busy; however, there was no one at the inside counter both times I pulled up. I dont think my wait time should be triple what was expected.

You dont want an inept pharmacy to take care of you do you? We had 4 separate instances where we would call this specific walgreens and ask for a prescription or setup an appointment for a shot that we needed. Then on the day we show up they havent even ordered the correct medication. Absolutely garbage service by garbage people. What a waste of air for the rest of us. Thank God Hy-vee has standards on who they hire. Absolutely ridiculous to waste our time over and over again. They dont even verify any appointments made. The pharmacist didnt even know we were coming. Ridiculous Idiots.

Today I went to pick up new script for the husband. Questioning why the Dr he had to see, our wasnt in office, uped his meds so high. Pharmacist on duty was concerned and told me to go check his BP. It was 200/100!!! If it wasnt for such an awesome, caring pharmacist who knows what would have happened. After a trip to ER husband is home and resting. Thank you so much.

They are so much faster and knowledgeable than Wal-Mart! unfortunately my insurance is forcing me to fill at Wal-Mart where it takes a minimum of 20 to 45min to slap a sticker on a box where I can walk in walgreens and have the same script actually filled in a bottle in 5 to 10min I am not happy with my forced transfer and will miss the smiley faces at walgreens! I cant get my medicine till 8 tonight it takes that long for Wal-Mart to call transfer and fill my meds 30 pills one bottle...... Smh

They are slow & need more people at window
