I was able to bring in an old mirror which had fallen from a bathroom wall and Broadway came within a couple of days to install a new custom cut mirror for a reasonable price.The office staff and the installer were polite and respectful. I am very pleased.

This place is incredible! Best place in Tennessee for your glass needs period. Staff in store is very friendly and the work they did for us was amazing. We have used them multiple times in the past. During our last job we had them make well over 30 double pane Low-E energy efficient windows and 4 double pane glass doors. The turnaround was impressive for the windows and doors; the quality of workmanship on the install is unsurpassed. The job included building multiple layers of scaffolding, climbing on the roof, and removing and installing glass that was over 5 feet in length. The crew finished the entire install in one day. If your existing window frames are in good shape I suggest not going to big box stores to purchase new windows. We saved thousands of dollars this way. As a side note, please get rid of your plastic grids. We did and it is so much better to look out the window and see the world undivided :-).

My first experience with Broadway Glass is a bad one. Paid to have a small glass door for a cabinet cut with a small hole for a knob. Got the glass home and I could see the hole was not a good clean cut. Laid the glass on a table and when I went to pick it up, it broke clean across the glass from the hole. I went back to Broadway glass and told them and all they said was it was my fault. Offered to cut a new one at the full price is all they would do. Why would anyone want to do business with someone that just produced a defective glass that broke into by just picking it up. The hole that was drilled was clearly a bad cut. I will never do business with the place again. Poor product, poor customer service. If you do business with them you had better hope you never have an issue. $65 dollars wasted on plate glass, when they should have used tempered glass. Worst experience ever with a glass cutter. These guys are pathetic compared to when it was 3TGlass.

Had them make my desk glasstop in 2019. Excellent, polite, workers. Custom piece was cut exactly to the dimensions I provided at clean, straight edges. Will go to again.

Placed an email order for a few pieces of glass.Got the email that glass would be ready for pickup. I showed up and glass was not readyI went a second time to pickup and asked for a discount for my second trip.The manager blamed the manufacturer. They had the opportunity to call me to let me know order was delayed but didnt.I brought the situation to the managers attention and he was unconcerned.Dont order from these guys if you expect customer service

May 15 we closed on our home. Per our closing agreement three windows were to be repaired/replaced within 10 days. The previous owner provided invoices of paid services just needed an installation date from us.First visit from Broadway glass and door is first week of June(supposedly they came in May but nobody was home, I’m a stay at home mom someone is always here) and they measure the windows that need to be repaired or replaced.Three weeks go by and I heard nothing so I call at the end of June to see when our windows will be done. They had “misplaced” our measurements.Second visit from broadway glass to measure our windows is at the end of June/start of July. Say they will call in a few weeks to schedule an install date.August rolls around and I haven’t heard anything again and I had honestly forgotten with the start of school for the kids. So I call again and they send someone out the next day to put in balancers for the one faulty window. Measure two other windows for a THIRD time. I also reached out to the previous owner at this point and he has been in contact with them.September comes I call again and they have to come out and measure the kitchen window again because they “forgot about us” and in the process one of the employees breaks the glass on a bedroom window (that they are now covering the cost to replace)October we don’t see them due to them forgetting to order our widows.Beginning of November they finally call for an install date of our windows! Schedule a day only to find out when the installer gets to my house they forgot to order two windows. So we now have one fixed window and two still needing repairs.Last Monday (11/25/2019) I call to see when our windows will be in and the woman who answers the phone says “o we have them we will be there next week to install.” I respond, “great call me when you have a set day to do that.” ( I should have demanded an install date then looking back on it)Today 12/2/2019 I called as soon as the opened because nobody called me last week to give me an install date for this week. The woman who answers the phone assured me they would call me back by lunch time today with a date and time for this week. Also verified two windows to be installed.Lunchtime comes and goes with no call back so I call again and the male employee answers the phone. He said he’s gonna have to check with her for an install date and he will call me back. I gave him until 1 to give me a call back and a date for tomorrow for install or I’m coming to the office. Verified for a second time that two windows were to be installed.It is now 12:50 and I have no call back.Jesus fix it is all I can say at this point and I will NEVER use broadway glass for any future services.Update:1:02 pm I called before loading the kids up to go to their office and they are “going to try and squeeze us in at 9:30 tomorrow morning”Update: 9:40am window installers have arrived at my house for our 9:30 appointment time. With ONE window!

When this was 3T Glass they would, in most cases, cut your glass while you waited and their prices were so reasonable. Got some glass recently with the new owners and it was 3 to 4 times more expensive than what 3T was for equivalent pieces. Have rental property and used 3T frequently, will sure miss them.

First off, let me start with how much it pains me to write a negative review, especially for local businesses. However, my experience with 3T was not just mediocre or poor, but inexcusably bad.I placed an order for a piece of table top glass on 11/9/2016. Our hopes were to have this glass for our new table before Thanksgiving. A week went by with no word and I followed-up. The gentleman on the other end of the phone stated that it would be done the following week and that a death in the family had things running a little behind. Not a problem at this point.The week of Thanksgiving I received a call stating that the glass was cut, but the machine that puts the rounded finished edge on the glass was broken and a new part had to be ordered.Well, two weeks went by with no phone call, so I again followed up. I received the same story: they were awaiting a part that had been ordered.Two more weeks went by. Same story: part was ordered and the delay was that it was a specialty part coming from California. At this point, major red flags were going off given we all know it doesn’t take more than a week to FedEx a part.Finally, on 1/2/2016 (yesterday) I received a call saying the piece was finally done and I verified that the rounded edge had be applied. The same gentleman I spoke with every other time I called in stated “yes.” Note that this is almost 2 months after I placed the original order for a simple piece of cut glass.Today, 1/3/2016, my wife and I drove 25 minutes to pick up our glass. Upon entering the store, the gentleman behind the counter was working with another, obviously local, customer and made an unnecessarily rude comment ending with “we know how those Knoxville people are.” I thought to myself… I’m sorry, I’m a Knoxville person that drove 25 minutes to give 3T business.Upon retrieving our piece of glass that was neatly wrapped in paper, I opened to inspect the edge. To my amazement, I found a black, straight edge with the edges ground down. The ground part was white and rough, clearly not polished and clearly not rounded.I told the gentleman behind the counter that the edge was supposed to be rounded. He stated that they were awaiting a part to come in. I told him I know and supposedly this part had been on order and in-transit for almost 2 months. His excuse was that it was coming from Germany. When I called him out on that (given he previously said California), he changed his story to say it was coming from Germany via California. This was obviously a complete lie. I asked why I had received a call that it was done if they were still waiting on the part? He said he wasn’t sure, and that it wasn’t him that called me (although, if I were a betting man, I’d bet my house that it was him on the phone every time I called).I explained that this clearly wasn’t what we had ordered and since we had waited so long and driven a decent distance to pickup, if he wouldn’t give me a discounted price on the piece already cut. He said “I’d rather throw it in the dumpster.” After seeing the quality of the work performed, that’s actually probably where it belongs.At the end of the day, steer far away from this business. Everyone has bad days and/or makes mistakes. I make more than my fair share. However, the lack of correspondence and the entirely rude treatment we received today is inexcusable, and quite frankly, shameful. I feel bad for the other employees who have to associate with this grumpy man, his family, other members of the community, and certainly any fellow members of his church. I think it’s safe to say I gave 3T every bit of my patience and benefit of the doubt over the last 2 months. I’m very disheartened, for we went way out of our way to support a small business owner, and this is how we were treated. Apparently, had I lived in Maryville instead of Knoxville, I would have received much better treatment. Future customers beware.

They didnt show up at all to fix a window in our home. We had called them the day prior and they said theyd have someone out tomorrow after 12. I said that would be great. They didnt call or show so I called and canceled the appt at 4:30 and said Id use Glass Doctors.

The person that answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. Lead me on about installing glass and eventually hung up mid conversation. Do not waste your time with this company.

My wife called to set up an appointment a week prior to the day they where supposed to come to fix a window on the house we are selling. We got up and was out of where we are staying (an hour away) with our three kids to make the 9am appointment on time. My wife called at 920am to see where they where at and the owner was very rude and told her he would see if he could find someone to come out. She called again at 1105am and this time the owner got extremely rude with her and was in no way apologetic. Finally he said there would be someone here in a half hour. They never showed up. I called glass Doctor and they where very curtious and I have someone actually on the way. Save your self the headache and call someone else.

I had 3t and another bigger glass company out of Knoxville ( I wasnt home so I cant even remember the name) come out to get an estimate.. 3t charged $140 and the other place wanted $250.. it did take 10 days from the day I first called, but the other place said a week and a half as well.. dude is kinda rude, which made it a lil awkward and phone calls are a bust.. but Ill happily deal with a grumpy ol man to keep an extra $100 in my pocket

I took a window pane and they replaced it in a couple hours. Very affordable and the work was awesome!

Nice People in person...the old man is hard of hearing so phone calls are hit or miss...I definitely recommend going in person as the service is good...I just think the poor guy cant hear well. Saved me a ton of money on 2 glass shelves for my wet bar.

This company is rude, the owner Im assuming cursed at me!!!! I was trying to give him my address! I would never use this company for nothing, and I wouldnt advise using this company to anyone out there.
