If I could give them zero stars I probably would. This place told me they’d come out on a Friday and look and measure my window and get it fixed. Then didn’t show, then I called the next Monday, and told me they didn’t know what I was talking about from that Friday of calling, then told me they would come Friday at 9, then didn’t show till 10:30 that Friday. The tech that measured my window told me he’d take my stuff to the shop and be back in 20 minutes with it all fixed and it wouldn’t be a big deal, should be easy. I asked if I needed to stay for him to fix it and he said no he would be back in 20-30 minutes and have it all done and I could call up and pay monday. THEN I came home that night with NO screen or window to my house. They didn’t call me and tell me anything so I was very confused. I called the NEXT Monday morning after that (going on two weeks of dealing with back and forth) and they told me that my window and glass was in the shop and they’d have it fixed and sent out sometime this week to be installed. Would highly NOT recommend them to anyone who needs window work. Go to st joe and pay the extra fee to have someone fix your window who won’t lie and not be professional towards you! What a waste of my money. Very disappointed with the service and treatment of me AND the no updates over two weeks. This place is a joke!

Excellent service

I called this company to install two garage door openers on my house. I bought the openers off someone else and not Maryville L&G. When I talked to them on the phone they said they could do the job but it would be a few weeks, i told them that was fine. After 3 weeks went by and hadnt heard anything from them i called them back to see when they was planning on getting to it. They set up an appointment for Thursday and then sent the owner of the company over on Wednesday to see the job and see what tools they might need for the next day. While he was at my house checking out the job he talked about how the old ones was not installed properly and did some measurements. NOT once did he mention that he was not going to do the job at all. The next day came around I didnt receive a call and nobody showed up, at 4:45 I called the company and got put on hold and then was told that they wasnt going to do the job. Not only did I end up wasting month waiting on them but they didnt even have the respect to call me and let me know they wasnt going to do the job at all.

This place has always done right for me.
