Rainscapes technicians are efficient, on time (or before), very courteous and helpful. The sprinkler system has been a great addition to my yard. Due to health conditions, I am not able to water each time needed. The sprinkler system does it for me. I can set more times to run when extremely hot weather. It is a great service. Last 6 year of having the system has really been beneficial to my yard and flowers.

Those gentlemen were sensitive enough to realize the ground and grass were too wet for aerating so they waited until the yard became dry enough to work it. Also they were cery careful too set the cutters on the aerator so it would not reach deep enough to damage the wire attached to my robotic mower. Scott was very informative on what needed to be done before and after the pond project that we are installing in our established backyard. The office help did not, however, schedule the appointments correctly. Maria, the manager, worked with us and hopefully has us scheduled with an installation crew who will begin working to replace damaged sprinkler lines as quickly as possible after the pond is completed. Overall, this is an excellent company - far better than the company that originally installed our system.

Rainscapes was dealt a fun challenging project at my house. They had to move the valve and backflow system that was installed by the prior owner by a competing company. Needless to say this other company did not install this system well. Rainscapes had to find and fix various zones due to the damage the system took from my pool dig project. The project will need more work, but their professionalism and knowledge really helped the project.

He made a special effort and returned in the afternoon to repair the unit. Explained fully what the repair involved and showed me how to spot a high water pressure problem if it occurs again. Steve left my house w/out ever coming to door or interacting with me. When he left, I realized that he had cut the water off to my house and had not turned it back on. I had to call the company.

Von came out June 23 and checked the irrigation system. He adjusted the spray patterns and spray times. He went over everything with me re the controller - somehow I had set more than one start time on water days. I sincerely appreciated his patience in explaining everything to me. Great service.

Steve showed up at the appointed time- we had trouble finding the water meter but he found it and took care of my winterization very promptly. Very satisfied.

Matt Vance called to ask if he could come by 3 days earlier than scheduled. I was delighted to say, yes. We discussed the issues, and he went promptly to work on the main issue, removing a coupler that controlled a subzone. I assisted by staying near the control panel and turning on the zones Matt requested in order to test them. He also adjusted 3 other sprinklers to improve their aim. The work went fast. Matt was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Aaron Adkins got here bright and early. Had to fix 2 broken lines, dig up and replace a box with 3 controllers in it and replace sprinkler. Extremely hard worker and does it with a great attitude. Most of all he is so conscientious! Compared to the work in the box previously done, Aaron’s work was far superior. Fortunate to have Aaron as my irrigation guy!!

Both were very friendly and they took the time to understand the problems I was having and came up with good solutions. They also looked over the whole system and made some recommendations for additonal modifications to improve the coverage of my system. I was very pleased with their work and signed up for an annual maintenace package.

Brandon Lloyd has been been our technician for a long while. He is meticulous in treating our yard. He always explains the treatment he is putting down on our lawn. He has always been punctual for the scheduled visit. I cant say enough about the job he does. Good employees like him are hard to find.

I am a very happy and satisfied customer.Terry Coffey was very thorough as he identified sprinkler heads that needed adjustment and replacement. He identified a small leak at the manifold that was dripping maybe a drop/minute but pointed it out and replaced the valve.He identified a bad electrical connection for one zone and promptly repaired that.I had an area that was using small sprayers that were spraying towards the house and damaging our wood frames. Terry re-routed the sprayers to spray away from the house and replaced the drip manifold...Unlike the other company we had, who promised to come back and deal with our drip system but never did.All of this work was done as part of the opening of the sprinkler system.I am truly all set and good to go for the season!Terry was very polite and courteous and is a great ambassador for Rainscapes.

I continue to have issues with my service from Rainscapes. My yard looks as bad as it’s ever looked. Unfortunately it seems the company as a whole really don’t care. But they sure want my money.
