I had issues with my irrigation system. Called Anthony and he had Pat out literally within 3 hours. Pat fixed everything in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend to others!

Had them service our irrigation system for six years, as they were the ones that installed it originally. Never had issues prior except for a useless Rain Gauge that was replaced and never worked! This year they claim that there is freeze damage to the system after they winterized it last year. Their claim is the freeze took place prior to their winterizing, however, if that were the case the system would have been leaking water when they winterized it. Now they say we need a whole new back flow, regulators, which would basically be almost a whole new system. The owner basically told my husband that the original valve system was poor design, but they are the ones that installed it years ago! The owner basically did not offer to come out and look, just tried to make excuses the phone. Currently, looking for a new irrigation service!

I called to set up an appointment for service. I was told the owner sets the schedule and was the person who originally installed the system, at the recently purchased home and he would call me back with a time. The following day, I spoke to the owner who asked if I could meet the next day, I responded by saying I would rearrange my schedule to meet at his selected time. So the next day I receive a phone call 45 minutes before the agreed time, from the owner, saying he couldn’t do the job for 3 months, knowing that I need services sooner. Then telling me he would not meet at all or share any advise to help, since 3 months was unacceptable to me.The owner demonstrated a total lack of professionalism and courtesy. I don’t like to give a bad review but it is warranted in this case.Try the competition, Rainscapes scheduled to do the job in a week and exhibited courtesy and professionalism in arranging a time.Please take note of the next 4 reviews from the owners friends who were asked to counter my bad review. All 4 were immediately after my bad review.

These guys were recommended by Home Advisor to professionally install a Rachio flow meter. I was looking for help in anticipation of the flow meter coming off backorder on the OEM site. Pat Coward called to see what I needed and offered to determine if one of his suppliers had a flow meter in stock. He did locate one for almost same price as Rachio and had one in a week. Ryan Bearden came to do the install. This is a little complicated since the wireless, battery powered meter must be in line on the downstream side of the backflow valve and use no glue but shark bite fittings. This system uses an RF link, not Wifi, and connected easily. Ryan stayed as we calibrated all nine zones. Great job and I highly recommend them.
