I like this place so far! Misty was very helpful and sweet👌 The place seemed VERY clean.

They lied about the size, even after asking specifically what the size was due to restrictions I had. I went ahead and rented based on their lie. After showing up at 4am on a cross country trip to utilize the unit I realize it was smaller than they said. Left it empty and called when they opened, only to be told that they #1 sell the 19’ as a 20’ and #2 they don’t give refunds. Look elsewhere!

This facility is infested with mice/rats. If you rent from here I recommend you get your stuff out immediately and if youre thinking of renting from them dont. It is a health hazard and your stuff will be ruined.

The staff really is great, but as someone else has said, it DOES have a rat or mice infestation. I cant even say how much of our stuff has been ruined. I have several storage units before and have never had this issue. Its very sad to say the least
