Called to Rent a truck for a week ago, a couple of days before I needed it and the price was great. Called back to get one for today and was quoted a price over 3 times the amount they were going to charge last week! I said whats going on? The same truck was over 3 times less last week! I was told basically that they had more trucks last week.I said, so youre going to gouge me on the price today because you have less trucks to rent today? He said it was the company policy!I did not rent the truck, nor will I ever call this company again in the future.

Penske Truck customer service rocks! I had to reschedule a couple of times and they had no problems taking care of me.
