The only place I take our cars for repair work. The staff is incredible and knowledgeable, and they never hide anything from you. If the repair is quick and cheap, so be it. If its going to be a bit of a bear, they tell it to you straight. What more can you ask of your neighborhood mechanic?

I enjoy taking my vehicles here for an inspection. Staff is pleasant and friendly to deal with. My tires needed air while they performed an inspection and they filled them all. Highly recommend them. I believe they also do repair work on vehicles. In and out in no time when it comes to my inspection stickers.

Arrived for scheduled inspection yesterday, informed that inspector was out sick so couldn’t be done, understandable. Fellow behind desk said that my wife’s car inspection should still be on for today. Arrived today, told again that inspector was out. In neither case did these people think to reach out to customers beforehand to reschedule the appointments. So we made two trips to this place for nothing, spoke to manager who was nothing but arrogant about it.Total lack of customer awareness based on this experience...we’ve done business here in the past but they’ve lost both of us now. I don’t care how good they are at fixing cars, we’re so done.

Have had all my car work done here. Brakes, fluids, oil changes etc...Always go here for patches on tires and inspections too. Never had a problem and all the people that work there are great. But seriously, they are usually always busy. Try to plan ahead if you need stuff done. I like supporting the locals as well

I have been going to Access Auto Too for years. Steve and crew always do a great job. Had a recent experience where a part they installed in my daugthers car failed while she was away at school. This caused a second charge at a dealer at my daughters school for the same work Access did. I went back to Steve and told him what happened. He instantly refunded the money I paid him in the first place. You will get good, honest work from these guys.

Be careful of Access Auto Too. They charge $115 towing charge just for showing up. Never towed the car. The Mashpee police had pulled over a friend who had an expired license. I spoke to the police officer and he said to come pick him up and drive his car home. I said I would be there in 15 minutes. When I arrived in 10 minutes, Access Auto Too was there and blocking my friends car so I couldnt drive it away. We had to pay $115 cash for him to move his tow truck. Not a honest way to do business.

Had a problem with my breaks got a quote from a diffrent place and they wanted to charge 460$ parts and labor access charged me 200 for everything.quality honnest work i wont take my cars anywhere else.
