Passing through the area on extended trip and needed a oil change. Had better Internet ratings than other businesses and easy to see why. Greeted upon entry before getting out of the vehicle. Efficient operation, employees and vehicles were always moving. Owner also greeted me and he was working with his employees, doing training, and greeting customers. People are cross trained in multiple roles and there were no backups waiting for a specific tech as a result. The people working here emitted a positive vibe and ones I spoke with praised the owner for making it a good place to work. Definitely well run. Highly recommend and they offer military and veteran discounts as well.

Amazing staff, very professional! I had to have my windshield replaced and lost the tag with the mileage when I needed a new oil change, but thought I was close to it. Nope, they pulled my records and topped everything off for free because I still have 2,000 miles before I need another one. Very honest and reliable people, Im a customer for as long as Im on Cape now! Thanks so so much!!

I always have a great experience here, the employees are very friendly and get my cars oil changed quickly.

The employees are very nice, hardworking & knowledgeable. So, why only 3 stars ? Bcuz this place is ALWAYS so busy you have to wait & wait & wait some more to get in. This is a pull in yourself type of situation where youll sit inside while they change your oil... theyll try to upsell you a few times while you wait a little longer & then you pay a small fortune & then youre good to go. My buddy has used them for years but, Ive been trying to talk him out of it after all the money he loses while his fleet has so much downtime WAITING !!! Sorry guys... nothing personal ...Maybe its time to add a few more bays.

Pretty expensive for a basic oil change. Told them I wanted a basic oil change and they tried to up sell me multiple times from air filters to anti freeze. $70 bucks for a oil change. Wont be going back

Only got a synthetic oil change & it costed me $97.. seems extremely over priced. Never again. Workers were nice but it’s not worth it.

Take you in with no reservations. Fairly cold in the waiting room. They do provide you with free coffee, which is nice. They do make you go through all these optional add-on services, but thats to be expected. Usually coupons are available online, so check first before cashing out. Took about an hour for an oil change, and i was the second one in the morning, right before they opened. Not sure what wait time is later in the day.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!! Ive been to many different oil change businesses & this one in particular was the best experience/service I have received. I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Jeffrey who had a VERY upbeat personality & enthusiasm about his job, which is rare these days. From the greeter to the technicians, all were highly knowledgeable & pleasant(plus they vacuumed my car meticulously). When it was time to pay Jeffrey (the greeter) rang me up & again I cant say enough of how positive his attitude & outlook at life was. I know it sounds strange but, I actually left more upbeat than when I arrived. All in all if you need lube & services to you car this is the place to go.

Brought my work van here, had to top off the rear differential fluid. They didnt do any work to it prior, I just had a leak. They topped off the fluid and didnt charge me for it. Great customer service, fast service, I now take all my vehicles to this location. Great job guys!

Jiffy Lube had over tighten the filter so tight that I broke two oil wrenches trying to remove it... Jiffy Lube Mashpee also overfilled my friends truck and the oil was comeing out..I would give a -5 star review if possible for my two negative experiences with them as well as my friends.

Poor customer service, outrageously expensive ($141 for a synthetic oil change), and not all the employees were wearing masks or observing COVID safety protocols in the waiting area or while in my vehicle.

I like this place. I typically always do any upkeep maintenance on my vehicle. When I do decide to have someone do my oil, I head here. Theyre quick, efficient, never had any issues and they give me a heads up on any areas that may become an issue in the future. Kuddos gentlemen

Expensive, but they did it without a problem. I was just looking to get an oil change and I dont remember spending $53 anywhere ever for a basic oil change. Thats an issue and I prolly wont be back just cuz of that. If I would have got the air filters I would have been spending over $100 that to me is rip off.

Used to go there for my three vehicles. Last time in with wifes jeep we noticed a cover hanging and dragging from underneath vehicle after a week. Took it back and they removed cover nothing that a clip was broken causing it to not stay in place. They told me they would order it and replace at their cost, great. They took plate, I waited a week called back and they started giving me the run around. Told them you have the part and was going orded it. They said we will call when the owner is in. Waited another week same deal, called me back saying they would take care of this, crickets since and that was months ago. Im done and will NEVER use them again.

Went for an oil change, which was really expensive, then I had to deal with a guy trying to convince me to pay them to do a bunch of stuff that either didnt need doing, or that I could (and did) do myself easily. The real kicker was the ridiculous oversimplified explanations of how my car worked.... reworded for my simple feminine mind...... definitely going somewhere else next time.

I was greeted by the owner himself and give excellent customer service. Explained my options and even helped my find a different coupon when mine didnt work. This was my second time there all by myself since loosing my husband and they have been wonderful to me both times.

Good place if u cant change your own oil! Look for coupons!!!

Several days after this oil change the cap (that was obviously not screwed on properly) came off !!!!!! It was fortunately caught before the engine seized, but I would never never never trust this place again. I know.... stuff happens...but this happened to me. Just sayin.....

They try and up chargre you when doing an oil change. Also the removed a rubbed piece under the hood of my car to show me an air filter that was fine but wanted me to replace it. They didnt put it back properly so when it rained my car started leaking and I ended up having a puddle in my car. I would definitely not recommend going to them.

Very nice guys. Traveling out of state and noticed a transmission fluid leak. Assistant Manager Ken checked the fluid level for no charge. Answer to prayer. Didnt recommend any unnecessary service.

Owner very courteous and professional . Service was performed in a timely fashion .Tech left greasy fingerprints all over the hood of the car, not pleased at all considering they charge $43.00 for standard oil service and car was just completely detailed .

Had been going to this location for an oil change a number of times, but this past oil change, the supervisor on duty mentioned that my oil pressure sensor was going off, but assured me that there was enough oil in the vehicle and that everything was okay. As I continued driving, the car began to show signs of it stalling and the oil pressure sensor alarm would continue to go off. I decided to just go to the dealership to have the sensor checked out as there was clearly something wrong with the vehicle. After looking at my car, the dealership said that the oil pressure sensor was no longer in my car and must have come out when getting the oil change at Jiffy Lube. They said the technicians at Jiffy Lube should have known better to not let me drive off with the oil pressure sensor going off as it can cause serious damage to the vehicles engine. After the dealership put a new oil pressure sensor in the car and did another oil change, I submitted a claim for a refund ($81.25) on the Jiffy Lube corporate site, and the owner Dan Fellows reached out to me. I provided him with the dealership invoice and a contact at the dealership for him to call so he could better understand what happened with my car. Dan did his due diligence and his conclusion was that the dealership was lying to me as the part they replaced was not consistent with my vehicle model and would not issue a refund to me to protect his interest and reputation of his Jiffy Lube shop. I called the dealership and they said that Dan had not contacted them to discuss the issue and that they had all necessary support to show him that this was Jiffy Lubes fault. In the end, Dan refused to provide me with a refund, as he believed that he was in the right. Dan not only lost a customer in this matter, he also hurt his interest and the reputation of his shop.

Canola oil is NOT an acceptable replacement for synthetic oil unless you want your car to turn into a fryolator. Also, motor oil french fries are kinda gross...
