Ive gone all over North Iowa to buy flowers this year and this is definitely been one of the best stops. I also have been there through the pandemic as theyve been very understanding about those who cant wear masks. They see it as a choice. Its also a great place for any outdoor sporting goods. We go here for all our water sports, fishing, airsoft guns, etc. The surprising part, for those of you who dont know, its actually a great place for clothing, shoes, and pet food / necessities.

This is a nice store. Very clean. Helpful employees. Big yard/building material area. The firearms have been really thin and picked over for years though. Not just COVID times. Most gun dealers have good inventory now.

Went to fleet farm in mason city today and had a wonderful experience. The staff working at the customer service was so kind. Questioned about a wheel chair or scooter for my daughter to use. She was on top of it and got me one. After we were done shopping. She let my daughter take it outside and even went outside with us. She even talked to us for a few minutes and told us to have a good day. She made my day. Thank you for having such an understanding staff.

Great place to shop but theyre a little pricey

They have 12 check out lanes but you wont find more than 2 open at any given time. Today there were long lines and neither of the 2 people working at customer service came over to help check people out. Neither of them had any customers they were working with either. Great store but you wont be in and out because no matter what time of day you go, you will wait in long lines. They really should make self service checkouts.

Always has more than I need. Great products good prices, helpful staff. Always recommend to friends and family.

I love Fleet Farm, they usually have what I am looking for. This trip I was looking for jeans. I had already stopped at a different store and they didnt have what I wanted. But Fleet Farm did. I will not bother with that other place any more.

I went to Mills Fleet Farm on Saturday, September 21st, 2019 at 10:30am. The bathrooms were in clean, working condition and the outside grounds were fairly clean for a large parking lot.I needed a hunting license and deer tag so I managed my way to the Sporting Goods area. I was able to buy my tag without an issue and the store associate was very helpful in that area.With that said, I bought a brick of 555 .22 shells for “$7.99” and they rang up for “$27.99” at the register. I showed the store associate where they were on the shelf and it turns out that all of the bricks were in the wrong place. Fleet Farm did not stand behind the mislabeling and I returned the merchandise and got my money back.Their mistake, not mine. They should have stood behind the price.

Only place Ill buy gas is their station and there selection of summer and holiday choices

The only problem I had was fleet farm was of all the items they had I wanted to look for generators I could smell them down the aisle but yet when I got there there was such a scant few and they were all the same but they had a big poster that you could look at pictures as if you had their app and sat home and did it just as easily to purchase a generator which their prices were no cheaper than anyone else especially on the Hondas. Late farm is great for fisherman but it is useless to a man that wants a generator now.

Enjoyed not having to wait in the checkout line. People were very helpful.

Not the place to go if youre in a hurry, 8+ people in checkout line and only one line open. Only 2 lines (maybe 3) open at the busy times, but still 6-8 customers in each line. They have at least 8 checkout lines but Ive never saw more than 3 lines open at once. I come here a lot and its always like this. Some items I need I can only find here so I have to shop here or travel 10 miles to the next town, which I am considering because it would probably be quicker, LITERALLY!

They have a large selection of items in an awesome fishing section but the corporate mindset has the air conditioner not being on or fixed and is really tough to get checked out with one or two checkers for a line of people. This is happening many times

They have nothing on the shelves when you go in to shop for things

There were signs on the doors going in that said face masks were required. We were happy to see that. We entered wearing our masks as we always do when going to businesses. Most shoppers were NOT wearing masks. Was disgusted to see that no one was at the door to enforce what their signs stated. The pandemic is NOT over and the CDC recommends that people continue to wear masks as the Covid numbers continue to rise. I know the Iowa governor has lifted restrictions but she is politically motivated to do that with her reelection near. Wearing masks shouldnt be politically motivated. EVERYONE, including businesses, should listen to the scientists, doctors and experts and not politicians. Am very disappointed that Fleet Farm is not taking the pandemic seriously.

Its a okay place to get tires, and do a great job convincing people to get their tires done there too, but sometimes they dont always have what you sometimes need too. Which isnt their fault, but for a company that advertises If we dont have it then you dont need it, you should really make sure you got it 🤣

This place is big. Prices are good with well stocked shelves. You have to look hard to find American made products. Out of an entire section of knives I found one brand that was American made. Grant it, it is the way most manufacturers have gone and not the fault of the store but I think just a little more effort for more American made products would be nice. This store is clean and the employees have always been friendly and knowledgeable. We have become frequent shoppers here.

I really love this place for the purchase of gasoline!!! They are $0.13 per gallon cheaper than the town 30 miles away where I live and normally purchase my gas. They are always significantly cheaper than other places!!

Impossible to find a better bunch of uninterested, poorly trained, lackadaisical, ignorant group of employees that can disregard a entire line of paying customers, so they can gather at the customer service desk... if being rude is a qualification to be a employee at Fleet Farm, they hit the mother load...

Always come out of here with more than I went in for. Last 2 times I was there the check out lines were attrosis,only 3 open. Im sure its not there fault its Bidens. Quit giving people all that money. Make the. Go back to work 🤬🤬🤬🤬

We were able to find what we were there for in no time, which is a major plus and a employee was easily found when we couldnt, My husband wanted something that wasnt on the selves but had a display, a employee was able to take down the display, get a price put on and had us on our way very quickly

Amazing young man at the sporting department (guns) his name is Zach Fox...He went beyond the call of duty to help me to understand my new Remington shot gun. I was embarrassed to ask questions because its been years since I used or own a weapon...I never own a shotgun! so I had a few questions. Zach made me feel comfortable and explained in full Visual details the function of the weapon. it was important to him to make sure he answered all questions/concerns before I left the store. hard to explain on this posting but the store management should take notice of employees like Zach. I purchased a few more items and planning to obtain a new hand gun at this store because Zach help to understand each brand (making it my choice)....Fleet Farm, keep up the great work on customer service where so many have forgotten to do these days..(times are hard)

I visit this store often for pet food and animal feed and supplies. Theres really something for everyone here.... tools, hunting and other outdoor gear, clothes, automotive, and home essentials.

It used to be my favorite store but between not ever having anything in stock; not having sale prices automatically ring up and not having enough cashiers, its dropped a long ways.

Place is awesome, and has anything from horse feed to chicken feed as well, love everything about this place. Staff are kind well mannered and do theyre job right!.

I found a lot of fun Christmas gifts. The person that checked me out was incredibly slow but got the job done. I needed to pick up an online order at the gate. When I arrived the man was sitting in the dark not doing anything. When I told him I needed to pick up my order, his response was Of course you do. He was rude, complained about his busy day and to top it off my order had been delayed. Someone like that makes me question if I really should even be giving them my business because he certainly didnt appreciate his job.

They have what you need even if you didnt know you needed it.

Bought 4 tires had appointment at 1:00.Had truck back at 4:25. The slowest mounting balancing ever had.

The thing I like most about Fleet Farm is the fact that they have more than one register open to check customers out. So even though they were busy I was able to make my purchase and check out in record time which was important me today.
