Very pleased with the installation of my two garage doors. Installer was professional and did an outstanding job of installing them both. He noticed two small dings in one panel and said he documented them and would order a new one and install it when it came in. The great thing about Overhead doors of Mason City is the service doesn’t stop there. I had another home they had installed a door and I had an issue with the door a few years later. This was my first experience with Overhead Door of Mason City and it was a good one. Im about 40 miles away from them so anticipated a wait but was wrong.... They came to evaluate my problem very promptly. A part had to be ordered and they returned with it in just a short time. The 2 repairmen were nice, friendly. Another call did need to be made for a small adjustment and this next fellow appeared promptly and resolved the issue. He too was real nice and very helpful. Torsion spring broke, the bar was bowed, and cable line snapped, and overhead door explained hours, prices and scheduling very clear. The repair person was polite, hard working and very easy to talk to, not only repaired what was wrong but also oiled all the rollers and hinges, the door runs smoother and quieter, better than it has in years, I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WORK HE DID THANK YOU OVERHEAD DOOR 👍😎

My garage door quit working about 2/3 of the way down on a Sunday morning. I called the Overhead Door Company in Mason City to get a quote and timeline on Monday for replacing all the hardware and motors for two doors (It was time to upgrade). I received the quote within an hour of talking with Mike. Later that same day I got a call from Mike letting me know they could come by on Tuesday morning to replace everything. The technician was on time and had everything completed and walked me through the functions. Great job by everyone I had contact with. Would definitely recommend!

MCODC arrived on time to service my overhead door and replaced the vinyl weatherstrip around the edge. Service was done in a timely manner and there was no mess to clean up afterward. The young man was very pleasant.

My family has been using Overhead Door in Mason City for years and were very happy with their products and service. A few Saturdays ago, a belt on our door opener broke so I filled out a service request online. A service tech came out Monday and replaced it in less than an hour. They had installed the opener many years ago and saw that it was still covered under the warranty so we were only charged for the service call. I highly recommend them.

They arrived when planned and did a good job on the installation. They didnt install both openers the same way, one is only installed with 2 bolts, the other with 4. The 4 bolt installation is much more robust.

We have an Overhead Door Company garage door. Needs checked or attention occasionally and when we call they make an appointment to get here as soon as possible. Always on time or ahead of time Johnny on the Spot and get it done timely. If it requires ordering something needed for fix the problem, the tell us how long it will take and make appointment to do the job as soon as it arrives. Employees are polite and prompt.

Jeremy in the office went above and beyond trying to step me through the programming process over the phone. After multiple failed attempts on my part, he scheduled a service call. Very quick to schedule, diagnose and complete needed repair. My only complaint other than the $40 trip fee in ADDITION to labor is it was a repair on a door they installed which should never have been done without the bracing hardware they used to repair the door. Especially considering it was an 18’ wide door, additional support should have been warranted from the start. Other than that, door opens and closes smooth as silk, work was done within 24 hours of my initial call and tech was friendly and professional.

Our garage door tension spring broke so we called overhead to replace it. Three days later they had a service man come out. He was here for about two minutes and told us to go to Menards to buy a new spring. My husband went into the overhead store front to ask for help a few days later since they do not carry the spring we need at Menards. We decided to change over to Overheads set up instead because it had already been almost two weeks since our garage door broke. We called overhead to convert to their set up. A WEEK later we get a phone call with a time the service man will be out. He was supposed to come out Thursday afternoon. By 4:30pm there was still no service man. So I called the company and they told me they’d call back Friday to reschedule. Friday came and almost went. Again, it was close to closing hours and still no call. So I called back to see when the service man would be back out. They set up a time for Saturday. Saturday came, and the service man showed up. But instead of converting our door over to their set up, they fixed the broken spring that had been there from the start. It was also the same service man that was out here before... so my door was unusable for weeks waiting for this conversion when the whole time they could’ve fixed it the first time they were out. They were not courteous enough to call when they ran behind schedule and was not courteous enough to call when they said they would.

I was very satisfied with the door and installation. The contractor did a great job of installation and was very good on answering any questions that I had. I would recommend Overhead Door to anyone!
