Installation is fantastic. My first order took over 2 months which I thought was because the door I ordered was a special size. I wasnt given a choice of the screen door which I thought was strange. This door is not a special size. I didnt accept the original. They ordered the one I would accept and after 2 months I had never received a call or anything to let me know the status. When I called them they said it would be on the next truck but after all this time I decided not to wait anymore and cancelled.

I want to give Randy and his crew FIVE STARS AND A GIANT THUMBS UP for the siding job they did on my house. A COMPLETE transformation. As a truck driver, I left home on Monday morning before they started and when I got home on Saturday afternoon, was blowen away by the awesome job they did. Great work Randy and crew!!! From estimate to finished product, we couldnt be more impressed with the entire experience we had with Window World of Mason City. I started this venture on 8-15-20. That is when I signed the contract. It is 12-4-20 and still no windows. Zero communication since September. Was told that order could not be placed until they received 50% down or a letter from the credit union that the funds are allocated for the job. I sent the GENERAL MANAGER two emails with a clear picture of the check from my credit union made out to them. No response since. Beyond disappointed is an understatement. Ive had the check from my credit union made out to them for the full amount since 8-27-20. Ill get my windows from someone who genuinely cares about their customer base, because this place clearly doesnt. Sad part is that this was the GENERAL MANAGER, and not just a sales person. Somebody needs some training. Keep your windows. Ill go somewhere else.

The Window World crew provides a great service at a reasonable cost. Their lifetime warranty was a huge selling point for me. In about 20 minutes, they had my old kitchen window removed and replaced! I was worried about having it replaced during the winter and having my house exposed to the elements for any length of time, but these guys work fast and efficient! Well worth the time and money!

Window World was very professional throughout the entire project. The sales team walked you through all their options and was in contact with us until completion of the project. I would high recommend Window World to anyone looking to replace their old windows.

The installation team was amazing. They werent bothered by the 50 million questions my kids had to ask. They were running ahead of schedule and didnt mind the fact they would have to sit outside my house for an hour before I could have someone meet them to let them in. The office staff and sales people are mediocre at best. Horrible communication during our 5 month wait which was twice as long as what they originally told us the install would be. On the other hand, the installers/laborers were amazing! Very efficient, timely, professional and hard working!

On time for the job start, courteous. They seem to work really well together and have fun which means to me that they like their jobs and that translates into window world of Mason city must be a good company to work for. Thanks for the new windows and fine job on removal and installation.

I agree with all the reviews regarding the professionalism of the installers, they were awesome. The actual windows leave something to be desired, though. Namely, being air tight. Particularly, the double hung windows we got that have air pouring through them. They arent any improvement over the old windows. Im pretty disappointed.

Great service and beautiful windows on our 100+ year old home. The installation was very professional and the windows were actually installed a month earlier than we planned. All around great service.

Installers were very polite, did a perfect job and cleaned up what small mess they made. was a pleasant and a perfect experience to watch professionals at work. the time it took to install 5 windows was actually quick and a job well done. you need windows call Window World you will be glad you did.

Length of time between ordering the three windows to install seemed long at four months. Installation was fast, precise and clean. Window quality appears good based on five days of ownership. Plan to use Window World for the rest of our window replacements.

I just had all of the windows replaced in my new home. The previous owners let the windows go to the wayside and a lot of the wood had rotted out. Window World replaced all of the rotten wood while they were installing the new windows. The install crew got everything done very quickly and did an outstanding job.

My experience with Window World was everything I had hoped for and more. We met with Joel to discuss window, siding and replacement door options and he was very helpful in selecting the product lines available and the benefits of each. I felt the price we paid was very fair and the work was completed by a great team of guys that were all very friendly and professional. Our house looks amazing and I would suggest them to anyone in the market for home improvements!

They called and asked if they could come an hour earlier. I said yes. They were very good at replacing the window. I just question as to weather they should have replaced the sill in the window. They said they could for $75.00 more. I still wonder if I shouldnt have had them replace the sill as it was rotten.

Had windows installed in 2017 did a very good job, had 4 new doors installed at the high cost of 9000.00, the old doors were better! All of the new doors whistle, storm door leaks water, half the doors have hardware not installed properly, paint chipping, poor quality!!!!

We are looking for replacement windows for our home. On a recent mid week trip to your store in Mason City, my husband stopped in to look @ your window selection. He was greeted by a not so friendly receptionist behind the desk that did not know to much about windows, pricing, or anything about the product. She also shared with my husband that the owners were gone and did not know when they would be back.WOW...every time I see your ad on TV I have to laugh.....you are definitely not the best for less....

We were amazed at how little time there was between the old window being taken out and the new window back in, keeping the cold out. The new garden window looks great and love the shelves.

The salesman worked with our schedules and the installer was very friendly and right on time! We had a few unforeseeable mishaps, which happen in construction all the time, but our installers attention to detail and customer service was spectacular.
