I was very impressed with my whole appointment. Bonnie was so great at explaining all aspects of test and pictures explaining the working of your inner ear. After test Bonnie explained the results and gave options. I really appreciated the individual attention. Super friendly and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend 😁

Customer service is incredibly important when you are addressing hearing issues. Angela and Bonnie helped my uncle, who is very happy with his hearing, now. He had a difficult loss. Very grateful for these two gems.

My experience was she seemed to have a nasty attitude. We were helping her move something she didnt care about our safety long as she got what she wanted moved. But we did receive payment which she tried to hold because of the building owner who acted very shrewd. It went ok but not nice people. Very self centered. I totally agree with Carter Moore they suck.
