Ive been getting my hearing aids hete since 2011. Same Specialist. Some of the staff have changed. Everyone is nice and professional.

Excellent service. My daughter had to have her hearing check after getting her tubes out. The lady who worked with her was so amazing. She talked to my daughter like she was a person who was important and not just a somebody. She explained what was happening step by step and made sure to explain everything to my daughter and not just me.

Doing some short term work in Mason City, IA and I damaged one of my Phonak hearing aids. After a simple search I found Hearing Associates and I could not have lucked out more! Alex and the ladies at the Mason City office treated me like I was their best customer. Alex got right on the phone with Phonak and had the repair parts ordered while I waited and 48 hours later he called me to tell me he had the parts. I rushed from my job, got to Hearing Associates a few minutes past 5PM and not only did they wait for me - THEY MADE THE REPAIR IMMEDIATELY WITH ABSOLUTE ZERO DOWNTIME FOR ME. I am amazed at the level of service provided by Hearing Associates and hope next time I break down it is near one of their offices. 555 STAR SERVICE - THANK YOU!Mike RuggerioHoly Cow! My mother-in-law has Lyric hearing aids. Frequently, the instrument hurts her ear canal, and when either inserting or removing the Lyric her canal is injured. So she has had to live without the Lyric until her ear heals. What is upsetting is she still has to pay for the time she cant use the Lyric - which are not cheap!It does not seem fair to pay for something you can not use due to the actions of the Lyric and/or the professional.
