This morning my car wouldn’t start . So I googled towing and found Barnes Auto service offered that . So I called and they were able to get to me quickly . Tested my battery and found it wasn’t getting enough voltage but did get it started for me The gentleman called Barnes to see if they could look at my battery better to see if that was the actual problem. He then followed me to Barnes and another gentleman came out and looked at it . Turns out that yes it was the battery so the replaced it for me . Very fast and efficient service . Will definitely recommend them and use them again when I need service.

I highly recommend Barnes auto. When I called due to a flat they were very prompt and professional. No one wants to be on the side of the road waiting for a tow, but if you need help call Barnes Auto!

Fantastic place, honest and value for money. Just an example, asked him to check out a second hand car I purchased and he replaced a few things and did not charge any labor for inspecting the car. Will always go back to them.

Called to ask for assistance with a vehicle needing towed. Person who answered the phone completely rude, no availability and hung up on me. Not sure why 24 hour towing service is advertised if I cant get help at 3:30 in the afternoon.

Great shop, highly recommend to anyone looking. They are always busy, which is a great indication of what kind of mechanics work here, took my car in and they fixed the problem and didn’t try and up sell me on a bunch of other repairs my car needs, which is rare to find, they seem to always want to hit you with a second task at most places. Had a similar issue to what I was having, and they took the car in the same day to make it right. Great work, A+ customer satisfaction, keep it up you guys!

Barnes has always given us great service at a great price. Not many small town type shops left in the world but this is one of them. Id always rather give business to hometown shops than big corporate chains any day but Barnes definitely earns my business by just being really good. Thanks for the great service. I called to have my car towed today. The gentleman on the phone was extremely courteous and professional. He gave me a time frame when someone could come and the worker came out with the tow truck at the expected time. The worker used his knowledge and experience to actually get the car started. He was courteous and professional as well. From my experience, I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great experience with this company today. Set the expectations on the phone and was prompt with tow truck arrival. Went above and beyond to help me out with a tow and vehicle diagnosis. Treated me as if I was family. Highly recommend.

My vehicle broke down on Easter while trying to get home to Tennessee. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with Dale about my car trouble. He was very understanding and honest and helped me find the best solution for my vehicle and situation. Very Honest Repair Shop in Mason! They only do necessary repairs with the cheapest price in Mason. Also, their repair services are always trustful and good quality jobs.

Mind the Astroturf, as most of the reviews here must be from friends and family.Towed our car 25 feet from the shoulder due to an icy road without asking. Made no mention of cost and then charged $90. Called and spoke to the uncooperative and unapologetic owner, Dale who said that was “half-price”. Even more insulting, their shop was only 3500 feet away.If you value your money and integrity, steer clear of Barnes Auto.

Great local mechanic. Dealer estimate was $1000 to replace my Envoys rear air suspension with coil suspension. A second quote was $450. Dale did it for $100 and I supplied the OEM part for $275. Quick turnaround too.

Have worked on our older kids cars - limited budget types. Always honest and reasonable, always patient in explaining the choices. I highly recommend this shop.

Cant give 0 stars,... so.... I Absolutely HATE towing companies and the Entire racket that they and their local police organizations have created. POSs if you ask me.

Barnes is trustworthy and very reasonable with cost of repairs.

Had a flat tire on 75N at 12:30 in the morning in West Chester. Not wanting to change a tire on the interstate at night, I called Barnes and they came promptly and towed my car to a nearby tire shop. The driver also let me and my family drive ahead in our other car (while he hooked up the car to be towed) so as to get us off the side of the road asap.
