Kevin & Jimmy are top notch mechanics to work with. When a dealership gives you a ridiculous quote, bring your car to Muennich instead. Even though they did not have the ability to help with my complex issue, they were willing to take the time and effort to give me a second opinion and take nothing for it. Forget a dealership - I will be back at Muennich!

They were able to squeeze my vehicle in for oil change in just a day this past Thursday (9am). They were careful and did the job very well, providing feedback after the job was done. They are taking pride in their work and it shows. Very satisfied with their service.

I took my car in to get the driver side ball joints replaced. They replaced only 2 of 6 broken joints and did not properly seat the 2 ball joints they did replace. They gave me my keys back and said everything was fine. I had to have it repaired by another shop 1 week later. I wish I could attach pictures.

Simply put the best auto shop Ive been to. Had engine trouble with an Acura and they found a solution that saved us THOUSANDS. They took the time to explain what was wrong, gave me a couple of options and finished my car next day. Highly recommend this shop. 5 stars!!!

Dropped my service van off at noon and asked if it would be possible to have it fixed today. I know personally owning my own service business that can be somewhat of a daunting task. Just received a call at 4:30 telling me the job was complete and I was quoted a very reasonable price for the services they provided. Ill definitely using these guys from now on and referring them.

Extremely courteous, great service, great pricing. Specialty is engine work, but they offer many other services. They were able to get a used engine for my car quickly, and at half the price of other mechanic I received an estimate from. I will definitely be going back to Muennich Car Care. They are located in downtown Mason, near the childrens theater and Barbershop, behind the plaza patio.

Sam and his crew were so helpful. My daughter was driving across Ohio and I (her dad) live in Pittsburgh. The check engine light came on in her car. I found Muennich Auto Repair on Google Maps and called. They were able to fit us in and were waiting for my daughter when she got there. They made the repairs and had us on our way in a few hours. They were kind courteous and professional.

Does solid job. Very honest and highly reputable.Ive personally experienced twice, where I accepted their job quote before starting work - and when come in to pick up the car end up paying a LOWER price than quoted, because their procured part went down in price between quoting the job & actually getting the part. Jimmy could have easily pocketed the difference, but he doesnt.In our HOA community, another neighbor had exact same experience and posted that on our community blog.

I have taken my car here twice, the first time to get a quote to fix my a/c and the second time as a second opinion for my catalytic converter. Not only was his price $600 less than the original quote he fit me in right then and fixed my car in less than 30 minutes!! These guys are truly honest and care about their customers. Would recommend these guys to everyone.

Been taking our cars to Muennichs for years. I feel they have always had my best interest at heart. They have always been upfront and honest with me and what to expect both from a cost and time perspective. I cantt rave enough about these guys! My vehicles will never go anywhere else!!

I have been working with Sam since he worked for his dad, Tom. I have always gotten great service, had great work done and felt he was always honest and upfront with me. I have owned a lot of different cars and trucks in my life and Sam was always able to fix any problem I had. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic.

Great shop and Sam always provides a honest diagnosis of the problem. The only time I take my car to another shop is if I need a repair during the weekend. Works best if you can drop your car and pick it up when the work is done. It pays to be patient.

Wanted to send a big thumbs up out to Muennich Auto Repair in downtown Mason next to the playhouse theatre. I have been looking for an HONEST and Fair mechanic for a long time and finally found one. Goodbye to all the big chain upsell auto repair shops around town. If your also looking for an honest and straight forward mechanic give them a call at 398-0251. When I went to pay Jiimmy gave me a $160.00 off my repair as he had to keep my car over the weekend :)Only complaint I can say is that they do not have weekend hours. Everytime I take my car there, whether it be for an oil change or major repair, I receive excellent customer service, work and prices. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs car service. I have never felt good walking out of a service shop until I staryed using Muennich Auto Repair.

Just had my car worked on and he went in on a day they werent even open to make sure that my car was fixed when they said it would be! Honest people and great work!!

I simply called for a price quote for a tune up and the guy I talked to was a smart mouthed jerk! I dont know a lot about cars other than changing oil and basic stuff, so I asked him a few questions and he was extremely unfriendly and even talked down to me like I was stupid. I have a degree, just not in car maintenance. In my field, when people ask me questions, I answer them without making people feel ignorant and in a polite manner. Terrible customer service!
