My Honda CR-V was blowing hot air last month.. these guys fixed it with new parts, refrigerants etc costed me $2k plus and in about a month it started blowing hot air ….looks like problem resurfaced. planning to take it to shop again tomorrow… hoping it will be simple and easy fix.. we barely drove in this month .. all local minimal travel .. again just hoping it is simple and easy fix. Next day went and was easy fix .. much relieved.. thanks Firestone and team.

They take care of your car quickly when you have an appointment, they inform you of the approximate cost before they start to work on your car. The best attention, professionals.

Please make sure that you ask them the final amount before giving them your vehicle to avoid any surprises. Sometimes Brand Trust is not enough.I think it might be time to have all these place install camera inside and provide a video report to the Customer where their vehicle is being serviced, just like how Lexus Dealership does.

Typical crooks. Charged me $200 for a $50 Chinese part. Two stars because they got the work done very quick and were professional. I balked at the price for the part and they wouldnt budge.Edit: I contacted the email as instructed and will post on the review what comes of the matter. Dorman part #590-001 on Amazon is $50. I was charged $198.99 for the same part. Awful business.A response to my email was answered same day with a promise a manager contact me within 48 hours.4/2/21 I was contacted by the manager Brian. Very polite and courteous conversation. He explained the mark up is comparable and offered to match price and service with competitors. During my research I found the part was approx $105 at a local parts store which makes the Firestone price a little more reasonable; only 100% mark up. I fully understand these places need to make a profit, however I was hoping it would be from the $91/hr labor charge and the $100 charge for plugging in an OBD2 scanner.In conclusion, the customer service was pretty receptive even though I dont feel satisfied. Bottom line is, if you have the ability, work on your car yourself, youll save 75%, but ask yourself what is your time worth?. I cant recommend Firestone or any of the retail chain competitors. Bump up to three stars as this is average as to what to expect.

I took my car to a competitor for front pads, rotors, and calipers today. I picked my car up after hours due to my work schedule. When I went to drive away I had no brake pressure. After calling two other repair shops that were closing soon and after being told they couldnt help me I called Firestone and spoke to Josiah. He told me they were closing soon but to bring my car in anyway. He is currently repairing the other shops mistakes, after hours, without making me feel like its a hassle. This is exemplary customer service and this gentleman has restored my faith in auto customer service. Firestone has a gem of an employee and human in Josiah!

I have had good experiences with firestone in the past for oil changes. Do not trust this firestone if you have a leveling kit or lift on your truck! I brought them my truck to put on some wheels, as far as I know it drove straight when i brought it in. It does no such thing now. There is a noticeable tug to the left and was so much rubbing I could not leave the parking lot. The rubbing issue was fixable, but seriously you should know that the vehicle can’t drive before handing it off to the customer. Im glad the main guy stayed past closing time just to chill on his phone and have the other tech do most of the work.

The manager gave me great advice. The repairs cost HALF of what the dealership was going to charge me. They used OM quality parts. Best of all I could tell a significant difference in my ride once they services it. The dealer missed the items that was causing my brakes to squeal. They also missed a problem with one of my tires. Firestone did right by me.

If you are looking for an auto place to trust and put quality and customer well being first...then look no further. West Chester Firestone Complete Auto Care is highly recommended. The store manager and his team are wonderful and truly care. Driving from Chicago to West Chester to pick up relatives on our to way to our vacation destination in Florida. I realized on the highway that work of wheel balance on my van that I got done days before my trip wasnt up to top quality from another Firestone in Illinois. I went to the West Chester Firestone to see if they could look at my car before we got back on the highway. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to get reserve an appointment because of July 4th and we were leaving the next morning. So I came to the shop early as they opened to see if I could get my car fixed. I asked to see if there were any openings at 7am and he said no; just something around 11am. I mention to him about the miss balance and short time frame before having to be back on the road. He found a way to look at my van because he was concerned of myself and my familys safety. He didnt have to accept my car because of quality of another affiliated company wasnt satisfactory however HE DID. I want to thank the store manager and his team for making sure my family was safe.

Took car for service. Had a 9:30am appointment. Dropped my car at 8:05am to be exact. Went for wheel alignment. When I described the issues was told by a man with red hair that he needed to do a vehicle inspection. 3 hours later I called to see what was going on. He told me they were just getting my car on the lift. Ok no biggie Im working. When I got off at 3pm I saw my car behind another one. No call was made to me. A woman came out after talking to the guy. He basically told her to come lie to me and tell me they put it on the lift but couldnt find out if it needed a tire rotation or wheel alignment. That my car was next. Makes no sense to me. Then I told her to just give me the keys. Then she turns to say bring it in tomorrow and we will rotate your tire no problem. I thought they didnt know what was going on. Lies. They had my car 7 hours and the only thing they did was rip my seat covers when they got in it to have my car idle behind someone else. Then lied to my face. If people have an appointment those people should be serviced and turn the walk ins away if you that swamped. I call total BS on this place. Then if you lied dont send a woman to do your bidding. Just super weak. Never again.

Excellent service. I went in because I ran over road debris. They filled my fluids, put my car up on the lift, found some minor scratches and didnt charge anything. Good people.

They did everything in their power to assure that I had a great customer experience. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing work done. My car needed brakes looked at and they did a rotor and pad replacement on the front, as well as fixing the seized mechanism. After that I experienced a vibration in my brake pedal due to an issue with the back brakes. This may have been an issue before they checked that they missed, or it may have been caused by them during the initial check. Either way they made sure it was right and I did not leave without my car being roadworthy. Thanks Blake!

Friendly people, very professional ...genuinely took care of my vehicle and performed all the required tasks professionally. They even allowed me to tour the facility and watch my car service. They answered all queries knowledgeably and did not try to sell me another of their service. The courtesy check was also good and they debriefed it well. I accidentally locked up my car, they helped me unlock it. Keep going guys, u have surely earned my business :D Almost everyone from the staff i came across was very helpful.

Have had two awful experiences with this place. First time I called to setup an appointment and they quote me a price for replacing all four of my tires. Took off work to go in and have the work done, they tried to get me to pay $300 more than what was quoted. When I questioned them on it the guy said he hadnt talked to me on the phone so it wasnt his problem. K thanks jackwagon. Ended up going to a mom and pop who took care of me. Second time my husband and I setup oil changes online. We were called to confirm the appointment. When we went in they had no appointment for us and said we shouldnt have scheduled online. Why have an online scheduling system if we cant effing use it? Garbage customer service, awful prices, and overall a disgusting business. Will not be going here again and have told everyone I know to avoid these jokers.

My wife got a flat tire on the interstate near Mason OH. She finally made it with the car to Firestone 10 minutes before closing on a Friday night. The good folks there stayed open an extra hour and a half to get her and my 3 young kids back on the road. They have a wonderful waiting area as well and were very kind to my family. I believe, after multiple visits at Firestone on Arbor Square, Drive in Mason, has impeccable people working for them and excellent mechanics.One of the managers, Brian Weiss, has personally handled several issues with me and my car that seems to be a magnet for picking up debris on brand new tires and ruining them.I went through tire rack, and Brian took the time to not only call and discuss the damage with the Tire Rack people to put in place the road hazard warranty but also, when my replacement tire was sent to the wrong place, Brian took his own time and drove over to the place where the tire had been delivered, picked it up brought it back and got it on my vehicle ASAP. He apologized for the delay, ( even though it wasn’t his fault) and he and the people at Firestone just couldn’t have handled it any better.For a garage and a car repair place to have these kind of people working we can actually trust them, like them and get along is pretty rare. Charged me about $1300 for a complete exhaust system replacement due to bad catalytic converter. Said it was too rusty to only replace converter. I feel ripped off. There was not anything more than a little surface rust on the exhaust pipes, which is normal and shouldn’t have been a problem.

Overcharged me Everytime I went there. The inspection always finds out something, which if not addressed will cause accidents. This is how, they convince us and try to make us spend more than what is required.

Went in to replace a flat tire, only to come out with 4 completely new ones. Paid more money then I wanted. Nearly $800 just for those four tires. Never coming here again.

Shop is not trustworthy. Shop told us that brake rotors were too thin and had to be replaced. When I replaced myself, I measured and found the rotors were within spec and didnt need to be replaced. When I explained mistake/fraud to the shop they admitted it and quickly reimbursed me for the parts I bought based on their bad information. 1 star for bad diagnosis of problem and recommending an expensive fix. Bumping up to 2 stars for the quick resolution.

I came 6 months ago and had major car work done. Had GREAT service so i decided to come back. NOW i feel nickel and dimed. A 2 hour rear break pad and rotor change has now been 5.5 hours with no explanation. I originally asked for just rear break pads but found out they added rotors and fluid flush without my knowledge and if i hadnt asked for my total price i would not hae known.

Called last minute. Took me right away. Great service

One of the worst decisions I have made taking firestone credit first credit card as I was offered for my cars break pads and rotors, what made me write me this review. I had a trip in the following days from Massachusetts to ohio...so I went in for check up and they told me the rotors and pads of all the four tires were way off and it was not a good idea to drive all the way to ohio and the salesperson offered me the credit card and that I could pay off in 6 months...so I took that decision as they offered me 5% discount on the bill. I only took the front wheels rotors and break pads and declined the back wheels. Guess what!....in my first hour of driving to ohio...I started hearing a really bad rattling noise coming from the front wheels on the drivers side...that became horrible whenever I applied breaks...when I got to ohio I took the car to firestone near by...the salesperson there said..the calipher that holds the rotor and break pads together came off and it was hitting the wheel. Damn!! How could they do such a sloppy job and put my life and my wifes and my child s life at risk..I could have very well sued firestone but I was so caught up in my busy life I didnt think about it as that moment. They fixed it for free....and after a next few days...the car broke down and this time ...the car died while running. It was the alternator they said and the battery itseems...so Im just fed up with this firestone people...I car was all fine before I took to Firestone...I shud have gone somewhere else..I would have saved a whole lot of money....now I have to pay $1300+ to them in 6 months. Im not taking my car to Firestone again in my life.

This location for a as better before, now they just care about charging the customer. I took my car for an inspection and later on after paying more than 200 in new tires, my car had the right tire suspension alignment issues .

They do a very thorough used car inspection.

They do good work but, except for tires, prices are on the high end and service is slow. If you want to wait on site for work done, expect it to take a while.

These guys are thieves. They charge $770 for a spark plug and coil change and fuel system cleaning. When i showed him online spark plug and coil cost just $30 for my car model, he is arrogant and advises me to change it myself and save money. Stop-by only if you wanna get robbed.

Went in for some minor repairs and was told it would be about an hour. The next day its done! 6 hours of business time!On top of that, youd think the oil change or repairs would warrant checking the tire pressure... Nope. Now i have to stop there again or somewhere else to fill my tires. And, yes, i waited plenty of time for the sensor to reset.

I have a lifetime alignment and they refused to align my car due to needing to tightening some ball joint bolts and hub and wanted 500$ for it. Never go here again.
