Nice place they had stuff that i havent since in my local five below. All the five below i visit are clean. The one set up in Detroit on 12 mile they had self check out.

Listen, I know places like this get wildly crazy during the holidays and the staff are very busy but one of the employees took a lot of time helping me locate a product and pick some things out for my sisters kids and I wish I had asked his name. I was really impressed with the kindness and friendliness of the staff. This is a great store, I hope corporate recognizes this staff.

Not very pleasing experience went into the store and saw a kid in the back on his phone not doing his job I then tried to ask him a question and he proceeded to hiss at me

Discovered this gem today! They have so much and that is decent quality and at crazy good prices.

The one in Mason Ohio was bright, spacious, and had lots of nice things for $5.00 or less.

Such an addicting store! It is like an upscale dollar store with everything from electronics (keyboards, headphones, speakers, etc) to home decor, toys, beauty, and so much more!

First time going to Five below was their opening week. I walked in and was amazed at all the things they had. I knew I would be addicted. After purchasing many things that I did not need (and raved about to my fellow co-workers because they loved my shirts I bought), I walked out and entered myself in the drawing for a $100 gift card because they were celebrating their grand opening... A few weeks later I got a call from an employee saying I won the gift card. I was so stoked because I have never won anything. They gave me the option to come pick it up or get it mailed. I said to just mail it because I was to busy to come over and get the gift card. Another 2 weeks went by and I received the gift card. I held it in my purse until Christmas time because I was going to buy stocking stuffers at the store. I went in and filled my cart up with all my stocking stuffers I wanted to buy, gave them my gift card. THE GIFT CARD HAD A ZERO BALANCE. They tried to tell me I already used the gift card in August. THE STORE WAS NOT EVEN OPEN IN AUGUST! Needless to say, I will not be going to Five Below again.

Typically a friendly place. Tonight was different. I knew it was close to closing but we were literally shoved out of the store. I worked in retail for a long time and have never had the audacity to tell people to leave. It wasnt quite closing time and between the way we were talked to and the angry stares, it was uncomfortable and unnecessary
