Friendly, helpful associates. The store was clean and stocked with lots of party supplies. They didnt have what I needed, but thats OK because I think they are very pricey, and I will look online or at the dollar store to find what I need.

Good store to buy seasonal party supplies. The advantage is that you can buy any variety party supply of any cost range during peak season. The disadvantage is that you will not get any other stuff during off- season. For instance, tried to get some angel costumes today but can’t even see even single costume aisle as entire store was filled with Valentine’s Day supplies. We’ve to wait until next Halloween to buy one. Overall good store and customer friendly staff.

Prices are way to high!

The person May 23 closing shift gave fabulous service. I bought 6 party balloons, she asked me what height I wanted them and arranged them for me (like a balloon bouquet) which I thought was a lovely touch. She also curled the ends of the balloon strings, another nice touch!

I had been to 10 different stores looking for Ohio State party stuff. I was able to find it here. The prices are reasonable, staff are nice, and the store is organized.

I was able to find what I needed but needed to ask for assistance multiple times as I had a small child with me and was on short supply of time. It seemed to cause frustration with floor staff. My son also autistic and Im used to this when shopping at night. The cashier was super friendly even after a obvious long day. This was a 3 star experience. Will try again on Friday when Halloween costume shopping.

This is the best place to find party supplies for kids birthday parties, graduations, and holidays. The staff is very knowledgeable and the new store is much bigger than the old one. More room in the aisles to move around.

I went to get balloons for a princess party. The tag on the isle said free helium inflation with purchase. The cashier super slow and didnt know about the offer. She started complaining about not having her glasses to every person that came to her because her dog ate them.I needed to pay for my purchase and get in line again with the hopes that another person could help me. Fortunately enough the other person was very helpful.The next day we got the balloons, which were great! The staff that inflated the balloons were very nice. However the same cashier was there complaining again that she didnt have the glasses because her dog ate them.

I was over charged for the balloons that were Mylar and ordered them for next day pickup to be inflated and they emailed me to say they are ready . I go to pick them up and they say that my order wasnt suppose to be til 1130 which was literally another 10 min. So I waited for them. The workers are very overwhelmed and too busy on Saturday for the number of workers they have. Quality over quantity of sales wins out in the long run., They did refund my money and thankful for that but it is obvious the employees are overwhelmed .

They are not okay with parties in the store! I repeat this is a place for you to only buy supplies to party elsewhere not a place to come to in order to party they do not like that. I do hear they have some pretty good deals on party supplies though like just in general.

If you are having a themed party more likely than not this place will have what you need. They have a variety of decorations from baby showers to halloween and Christmas parties. I always get my balloons here as they have a huge selection and are reasonable in price.

Worst customer service in the area. They dont care about the customers and just insist you to just return them all when they cannot honor the promotions in their own site. If you really need party city try another store or go online.

We always love going to Party City. They have a great inventory of party supplies and costume apparel.

Widest selection! Prices are a tad higher but when you need something, they probably have it at the ready...

Glad they are moving to a bigger location soon. They have lots of good party supplies, but it always feels a little cluttered in there.

This is an okay party city. We bought three packs of balloons for New Years, each one had 2 balloons in the pack...when she told us about the blow up fee was 6 dollars per pack but she didn’t know that there were two in each. But we told her that. She wanted to charge us Even more but no because we told her how many there were. Also she popped one of our balloons so we payed for 6 when we only got 5.
