Excellent cookies. My grandfather worked in an italian bakery in queens Ny. and these cookies bring me back.

Ordered one thing and received another. And can not get a manager to call me back. Wasn’t upset until I didn’t get a call back at all.

Getting into the parking lot is a bit of a chore but will worth the trip to get real well made sweet bakery items.

They are ABSOLUTELY amazing here. Incredibly friendly staff and I enjoy the specials they have. I come often and they always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcomed. Today I did a ham on sourdough with their broccoli slaw and bow tie pasta (my FAVE-they know😉) and into my second bite I wondered why I haven’t left a review yet so here it is! They have the best salted rye bread I’ve ever tasted and I make it a point to get it when I visit my sister near Mason Ohio. Yum!

Worth the trip if you are in Mason!

Was on hold for 30 minutes and counting. You might be wondering why I waited that long. It was just out of curiosity. In that amount of time, I purchased stamps at the post office...yes, the post office a week before Christmas and drove to a different bakery to place my holiday order. I have had horrendous experience many years ago at a different location and wanted to give them another chance....NOPE NOPE NOPE. Ill be taking my business elsewhere that actually cares about their customers, whether they are in person or on the phone.

Delicious pastries, cookies, and cakes. The perfect place to stock up for a sweet brunch or a small snack. The service is friendly and efficient. My favorite snack to get would be the small tea cookies with the different colored icing. However, for a special occasion, a cupcake is always a treat. Great atmosphere when it isnt too busy.

This place has amazing desserts, delectable deli sandwiches (especially the Smoked Bavarian), and high quality loaves of bread. But what keeps me coming back are the friendly and welcoming folks who work there.

Hands down these are the best donuts Ive ever had. The price for a dozen is a bit high but totally worth it. I will definitely be revisiting when Im in the area again and I would reccomend others do the same. They also have other baked goods. Such as, beautiful looking cakes that I would definitely love to try. Overall I reccomend a visit.

I still like the place its just that they inflated the prices even more it started in November and now for 4 donuts and a coffe it was $10.20!I dont reccomened going here if you want some fast and good priced bakery goods for 1 cinnamon roll its $2.30, this place was better when it started and now they just jeep inflating prices and not giving you a receipt.And they just started giving receipts they barely do.So to summarize my review they; Inflated prices, dont give you receipts to check the prices.

This is the best place ever. Every time I go in there friendly and nice. I love the atmosphere and the fresh pastries. I would die without their salted rye bread. It makes good hot sandwiches and cold sandwiches on any day.

The weekly special donut was really good. Coffee was good. Fritters were very good. We found the cake donuts to be on the dry side. Would stop by again if we are passing through Mason.

They make Mondays worth living.

I will say as a chef this place has taken back the old bread bakery shops from years past. You can tell by tasting the baked goods and pastries that they are very into quality and one taste will have you talking about it and going back again and again

The staff are very professional and have been wonderful when we came in for small orders or large.

Their baked goods are shipped on a truck every morning & not as fresh as other local places. Employees are uninviting, and they can start running out of stock as early as 9am. Their cakes or muffins aren’t that good. 2 stars for good chocolate cake donuts when they have them.

Mouthwatering donuts I got from there after school; theyre REALLY good. Some of my health-nut friends can resist Krispy Kremes, but not Servatiis donuts

Nothing beats the pretzel bread and variety of cheese dip flavors. Havent tried a sandwich or pastry yet but theres always a line when I stop in!

Went to pick up a birthday cake, the employee did a mistake on swiping the gift card and looked new which was so okay with me but when she reached to her boss to solve the problem she seemed had an attitude with the new employee and even didnt say sorry about being late there!!! Poor customer service from the woman running this place!!!
