Its not as easy to get into this particular place unless you just happened to be in the right spot. It needs a remodel as I get the old early 90s throwback decor.

So rude!! I get it no one wants to work these days but the people working the night shift on july 3, a man and a woman were so rude!! Especially to my poor aunt. Apart of the job is customer service!!

This Mason United dairy Farmer is undoubtedly the worst one Ive been in hot dogs roller dogs are either out or theyre cold theyre out of buns they run out of containers and the staff when you ask them are you going to restock are you going to do something they just look at you and go no not right now and this is at 12:00 1:00 in the afternoon makes no sense to me why be open staff is definitely not friendly Ive seen people walk out of there Ive walked out usually only one person behind the cash register and he has a poor attitude just my opinion

Grew up here and have been coming to UDF for YEARS. Have always loved it. Came in today to get just a cup of froyo with a little hot fudge and the guy wanted to charge me almost $3.50. Since when?? Its always been simple froyo, good price. Guess not anymore.5 minute update: My froyo had pieces of plastic in it. Reduced from two stars to one... not going back.

Management was extremely rude. Wasted my time, and insulted me because of a simple issue with my card. It wasnt my fault that something completely out of my control was causing problems... Go to shell, they have better gas anyway. Id rather run out than refuel at this particular location ever again.

Wanted to fill up with gas while using my ¢.20 off u-drive rewards balance. Prepaid $50.00, thinking that would be enough to cover it. Didnt think about filling husbands truck tank. Turned out not to be enough. So the girl rerung the total so I got my full ¢.20 off on my entire fill. She was VERY nice to offer to do that. VERY helpful.

Good stop for go juice. Its typically cheaper than surrounding areas. Store inside is clean and organized. Dont forget to pick yourself up a scoop of ice cream while in there.

Ordered 3 milk shakes and they were made very quick even with a small line. The birthday cake was what I ordered and it was awesome.

We all know theres a UDF on every corner, but this UDF has a Monday evening crew that is top notch. Theres a guy with guages in his ears and a guy with silver hair that make milkshakes as effectively humanly possible! They are consistent in their makings and are way faster than other duos!!

Cashier was quick to help with my multiple shakes while the other ice cream person was busy.

This is the BEST UDF in the UDF chain. The employees are great, the management is great, their ice cream creations are always yummy. If you want to experience the best UDF has to offer, you have to visit this store.

Store employees were efficient and staffing was adequate to take care of the customers in a timely manner.

I was tired and didnt realize the coupon i had was only valid at a different UDF. I pointed it out and clerk still took it without an issue. Rare these days.

The last time I was there they were very short on staff, the manager was incredibly rude and the bathrooms were filthy and looked as if someone had smeared poop on the wall. Not to mention that the prices for ice cream are incredibly high like $5 for a small milkshake?
