I had to retrieve heart medication that they charged my mother for but didnt put in the bag. They called her house phone, but not her cell phone when the incident happened. By the time she returned home to listen to the vm they were already closed. She had to go two days without her medicine because they failed to make an extra attempt in contacting her. This could have been fatal! Not happy with this matter, but I had no problems when she sent me to pick it up for her.

Please do yourself a favor. Buy your prescription medication from somewhere else. They always find a way to messup your order of medicine. They do not have proper manufracturers medicine and does not let you know until the very end that the medication will not be coverd by insurance. They kept on charing me higher price every month for my vitamin D medication. I hope to god that you do not have to interact with Kevin whi works there. He is one of the most unprofessional and unhelpful individuals i have ever met. I transered all my medications to YOST pharmacy because of all the problems at this walmart pharmacy. They even figured out a way to screw up on transfering medications to YOST. I hope these people realize that they work at a pharmacy and the medicines are very neccasary to survive for a patient. I hope they stop treating the mediciane orders like any other products where if you mess up it would be ok. I wish them best of luck.
