Jay took great care of me. I dropped off my phone to have my charging port fixed. He had it done and working perfectly within 45min for $75. On top of that he put a new screen protector on at no charge. Phenomenal service. Thank you!

Spoke to Hamid/Hamzid went down to the store i had ordered parts for my phone. He swapped them out. Despite having to take it back to clean connectors. Phone works beautifully even has a new screen protector. I will return to them soon.

Overall, I recommend this store. My experience with service person was friendly, patient and complete. Prices are extremely reasonable.

Lost the ability to use my Iphone Screen after a pool party on a friday, IFixScreens were able to replace my screen that Monday in under 45min. Thank you,. They also gave me good tips on how to temporarily fix the screen the next time it gets wet. (FYI: Putting it on Rice for 2+ days does not work) im looking forward to bringing in my MacBook Pro Labtop for their analysts.

On a Saturday morning I called up a few places for an iPhone screen fix every place was over 200 for the screen to be fix until I called Ifix Screens in Massapequa Park n they gave me a better price. Service was great and fast within an hour and half the phone was fix in perfect conditions. Representative was super nice and informative of every question I had. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to go to them in case of any repairs of any electronics I need.

Overpriced for the same knockoff replacement screens (and cases, protectors, etc.) that you can get for half the price on Amazon. Additionally, its less expensive and youll recieve better results, by going up the road to National Wholesale Liquidators. I was given the same screen protector for half the price, and had my sons Samsung Note 8 cracked internal display repaired for $100 less than I was quoted by Ifix. Better savings and better service elsewhere, and I WAS a customer of theirs for the last 4 years.

Very bad service, I dont recommend to use their service. They promise to fix the screen on iPad the next day, I have come, not ready and no body call for delay, again they’ve said the next day, and not ready yet. I told them to give my Ipad back, but they dont want it, they said we are fixed right now, give us 30 minutes, I was waiting for more than an hour. So they fixed for 3 days. No, so fast service, as they promised

I fix it screens is amazing!! After having a head ache dealing with Apple for 2 hours, last resort decided to come to I fix it. They fixed a software problem with my phone in a half hour and was able to retrieve my data. Don’t call Apple.. go here!! They are open during covid and I’m so grateful they are!

I went to a few stores in the area to fix my iPhone screen & my battery also wasn’t holding a charge. I visited this store & met Jay, who made very proficient repairs to my iPhone. Wow! So refreshing, When Apple takes literally hours “after” you make an appointment days in advance (who can wait days to get your phone usable?!) and then charges a fortune. This place, you walk right in, and the guy takes your phone and if no one else is there, he gets it done in less than 15 minutes even though he says it will take 30. Which even that! Super nice guy, super quick and didn’t cost a fortune.5 stars, the best!

My screen cracked to the point where i couldnt use it at all. My phone was older so the screen had to be special ordered but everything was taken care of quickly it was only a matter of days and i had my phone back better then it was before! The customer service was great! The store is really nice and clean! I would highly recommend using this place! The price was very fair!!

The shady person working there took my phone into the back and had no idea what he was doing. He didnt put the screws back to hold the screens in place. I would recommend using another place in the area or going to the mall. Luckily I quickly noticed, went back and he was able to put the pieces back in my phone.

With kids I have needed to fix a number of screens and Ive used just about every other repair business in the area. iFixScreens has been the most positive. Hamza was great right from the start. He was able to get me back up in running in less than 1/2 hour. While testing the phone he wasnt completely satisfied with the new screens response so he took the phone into the back and changed it out with another new screen. Only when he was satisfied with the performance did he ask for payment. Hopefully I wont need there services anytime soon but if I do Ill be back. Thanks.
