This was the worst experience ever. I was a Verizon customer for 15 years I went to see what TMobile is about. And it was horrible. First of all the only reason they got 1 star was because the manager Ashley was a sweet heart. After she left all hell broke loose. She left us with someone named Saad and he was the most inconsiderate jerk I ever met. They put the TMobile sim card in our phones and my wife lost a lot of contacts. We asked him how to get them back and he said I dont know. Then when we asked him to call CUSTOMER SERVICE he said oh they wont be able to help you. So we asked to speak to a manager and they told us they all left and wont be back till Monday when we told them to forget the whole thing we will go back to Verizon they said it was to late. My wife and I left her upset because she lost about 100 contacts he for work. We left to go do other stuff I called Customer service and got a hold of a manager she was horrified when I told her of our experience. She calmed us down and told us to go to a corporate store tomorrow and they would finish the job. She also gave is money off our bill. I went to the corporate store the next day and it was a whole different world. Never go to this store and never deal with Saad again

The customer service is horrible, they lie and are very rude to you. I called to ask if they had the iPhone 5 after going to another store and them not having it. they said yes and we got there in less the 5 min and they were sold out the guy said he just sold the last one. WTF he sold it in the last 4 min. so either he never had the phone or he was selling it while we called and he lied. horrible

The customer service in this store is horrible. Nitesh and Vivian are extrememly rude. It is not owned by T-Mobile. Go to the store on Unqua Rd. and Sunrise Hwy. instead, it is owned and operated by T-Mobile.

This place sucks. theyre not helpful. they give you incorrect information. this is a third party tmobile retailer. go to a corporate tmobile retailer.

Short,dark skinned,longer haired punjab guy, has no customer service skills whatsoever ( i did not get a hello, or not even I will be with you momentarily, he looked at me when I walked in and thats it) !!!! I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible management. I went in there trying to get a new phone and the manager was very rude and utterly useless. I had to call 611 to figure out what to do. Manager has longish hair brown skinned about 58.
