I was rear-ended two years ago and they did an amazing job repairing the damage, the paint job was perfect. Jerry even gave me a bottle of extra paint that matched my car to take home no charge. You couldnt tell the bumper was replaced. I was never rear-ended before and had no idea how to deal with the insurance company. Jerry did an amazing job explaining how the entire process would work, and even had his staff give me a ride to Enterprise so I could pick up a rental. Unfortunately, earlier this month someone decided I didnt have the right of way at a green light and totaled the car. I had the car towed to Extreme Auto since they did such good work the first time. I had no experience with totaled vehicles and had no idea what I was supposed to do next. Jerry again, was amazing. He answered so many of my questions, gave me great advice. And again made sure his staff gave me a ride to pick up a rental at no charge. Every piece of advice Jerry has ever given me has checked out and he never steered me wrong. He cares about his customers and is very thorough. Its hard to find a business so trustworthy.

From the moment I met with Jerry, he treated me like family. As someone who had never gotten body work done to my car before, he walked me through the whole process. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The repairs to my car are seamless and beautifully done. He also returned it to me completely detailed. It looks brand new. I will definitely be going back, and recommending him to all.

I have used Jerry in the past and he has always done great work. This just takes the cake!! I bought a Jeep Wrangler and only had it for an hour when I got hit from behind on sunrise highway. I was soo upset.. I took it to Jerry to get it repaired and he helped me through the process. My Jeep isn’t done yet because the back window part is on back order. So Jerry offered to go pick up my soft top at the dealers and install it for me so I can have my Jeep back sooner. Not only does he do a great job but he actually cares about his customers. What a great thing to do for someone.. Thank You Jerry!!!

Jerry was really fantastic. He was honest and professional. My car looks fantastic,actually looks as good as it looked when initially driven off the lot. The work was finished in a timely fashion, my car was actually ready early. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and knowledgeable auto body. Highly recommend this body shop. Jerry is an awesome honest person and deserves as much business as he can get. Somebody crashed into the right side front of my Lincoln and the car had to be towed from the scene because the axel was snapped, the wheel was hanging off and also needed a new hood, fender, suspension work, etc. I get nervous having anybody touching my Lincoln but I trusted Jerry the moment he called me after the accident. When my car arrived at his shop by tow truck, he called me right away and didn’t even mention the car at all until I asked. He called to see how I was doing and if my girlfriend and I were okay after the accident. I’ve never had that happen before with a car accident. Jerry is a genuine man and really does honest, impeccable work. My car is a 2017 and was pristine (I baby my Lincolns) and it looks five times better than when it looked before the accident. The paint work is incredible. I’m extremely happy with this body shop and I will recommend him to as many people as I possibly can because he deserves it. Thank you so so much Jerry and your team. This body shop was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The owner Jerry was SO rude and disrespectful!!! Never called me to update me on anything! Whenever I spoke with him he was nothing but short and rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

Owner was super rude cursed me out and didnt give me a refund after leaving the old oil in my car and pouring new oil on top of the slug when I asked why was the oil so datuk did you not change it thats when he went off in front of other customers and demanded that I left.

My mother referred my to Jerry, and his shop did the most amazing job with my Ram. All of it was done ahead of schedule and customer service was great, I couldn’t be happier. The complementary full detail was also really generous. 10/10

Jerry and his team were not only courteous and professional the car was fixed and runs better than ever! On top of that when I had my accident there were so many moving parts and things I had no idea about. He basically said give me the keys and I will help you through the whole process. Excellent quality but pointless if it doesnt match the rest of the car. They used the wrong color variant of my paint color and didnt blend into adjacent panels, just painted the entire panel. Because of this, you can clearly see the fender not matching the posts and front door. The owner blamed it on paint flop, stating that was the best they were able to do. I cant go back through insurance and they have already made their money. This is going to cost me $2500 in money I dont have to fix correctly out of pocket and 5 vacation days while I dont have a car. I was not offered any way to remedy the issue. I cant say Id go back, which is a shame because they seemed like decent people.Edit: 2-3 weeks later, Its already starting to peel. I definitely would not recommend this shop.Edit2:Gerry, I had the car repainted at Masters Auto Body in Seaford for $2500 and the difference is night and day. I didnt want the whole car painted, just the quality work I received at the other shop. Im sorry, but your paint work was poor. The color and texture of the clear coat matches 100% now an was blended correctly so you cannot tell where it ends. I understand paint flop but if done correctly, its not an issue. You offered no solution or way to fix. I get it, you want people who dont understand paint so you can make your money and move on. Dont worry, I will never be back there and cant say Id recommend your shop. I really had confidence in your shop but you let me down.
