The service at the place could not have been better. Fred kept in contact with me the entire time my car was in the shop to let me know what was being done, what it would cost, and when it was expected to be completed. They did excellent work and its always nice to find a shop that communicates with its customers.

I was referred to Massapequa Auto Body through State Farm after my 72yr mother crashed her new car. It was a terribly stressful time for her - but Massapequa Auto Body went above and beyond to make things as easy and comfortable for her as possible. The car she crashed was towed to a place 3 towns away and her signature was needed in order for them to release it to Massapequa Auto Body for repairs. Mom was too nervous to drive the rental car over to sign for the release (and I live out of town) - so Massapequa Auto Body picked her up and drove her over. They did this a 2nd time when the car was repaired and ready for her to pick up and take home. This type of personal attention and accommodation really makes a difference. And repaired car looks and runs like brand new too!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. They are con-artists. The owner Fred is an incredibly manipulative person. He swore to me that when my brand new car was in an accident he would be replacing the parts for me with brand new ones. 3 months later I noticed my fender started to come loose again. I took it to a family friend in the business and he clarified that these parts that were replaced WERE ALL AFTERMARKET. I couldnt be more disgusted with the people who run this shop. How do you just lie to your customers? I cant imagine how many people they have done this to. Shame on them.
