I had my daughter and my friends daughter and I had an amazing experience. One of the employees walked around the store helped the kids without treating them like children. She treated them as if they were any other customer. New fragrances are amazing. Truly recommend.

A nice young lady helped me out with picking out my candle scents. I didnt get her name but she pointing me in the right direction and continued to see if I needed help .. the store was a bit muggy but they tried to compensate with portable AC throughout... Id visit again

My husband and I really like bath and body works. We get body sprays and the hand soaps. Recommend them highly

Love the hand soaps, especially when they are on sale. Too bad I missed the peppermint hand soap, they should sell it for a longer period than the end of year holidays. The staff was very helpful, the store was clean and organized to promote social distancing. Got some very nice products at very nice prices.

Nice store, friendly staff. The Wife says the wallflower are a must if theres a man in the house. I guess they do come in handy on occasions😜.

Great staff plenty to choose from

I have lived in Massapequa park for 14 years. I am an RN so I am not poor or broke or anything. I went into the store with the routine of being asked if I would need help. I said no because I knew what I came for car sents. I paid for about 60$worth of things and the entire time the same lady who had greeted me followed me through the store. I stopped at the small handsantizers after I had paid because I had forgotten I had ran out. As Im looking through the same lady says in a loud voice can I help you. If I said no the first time I dont need help. I feel like I am unable to come back to this bath and bodyworks. I do not want to be followed and profiled when Im trying to make a purchase.

Wanted large hand sanitizer but they only had the small tiny one. I did get my body oil which I love. The price was good too. Was a little crowded.

Love Bath And Body. Would live in it if I could!!. Shopped here on Black Friday just for gifts for granddaughters and for once....not for myself 😱. Staff was patient, absolutely pleasant and checked in to ensure you were helped constantly. The store was fully stocked to the hilt and all signs clearly labeled and visible. Wished more individuals were on register but there was someone directing the traffic to the register.

The store is absolutely filthy and disorganized. They push social distance on the line outside but once you get into the store it is jam packed like sardines. The manager and the staff are very condescending and obnoxious for no reason. I never go in here and usually buy online. Cant say Ill be back again.

Applied for a job here I did not get it but the manager was friendly when I was being interviewed I’ll continue to come back and shop

I love their cremes but I wont buy them without a sale... They run buy 2 get 1 free... & The one I wait for... Buy 3 get 3 free! You can also use any coupons you have which makes the deal even better! I didnt give the 5th star because the stuff is just too pricey without a sale.

The minute you enter this store the fragrance of it hits you. It makes for a wonderful shopping experience. Staff is right there to guide you and help you with your needs. Get on there email and text list because the coupons are phenomenal.

Bath and body works has great scents for you or a loved one. Recently they started an aromatherapy collection which is very soothing and great for different reasons. The eucalyptus is my favorite, that one is like vicks vapor rub and is perfect for when your congested.

Pleasant staff and their candles are life! I like the fact that many if not most of their candles are made with soy and essential oils instead of unknown chemicals. This is my go-to store for candles.

I love bath and body works they always have the best scents for candles and the soaps and washes and sprays, the candles i find to be the best thing they sell due to how scented they are and how well they burn, i think their candles are far superior over yankee candles candles ! Always greeted when i walk in and always find something to buy while i am there

There is one particular soap I love and every season they rebrand it with a new name and the workers have no idea what the new one is called. That is beyond frustrating.Update 12/21/18: I found the soap, its Toasted Vanilla Chai. The staff here are completely incompetent. I asked for a particular lotion, the girl told me its whatever is out and walked away. I asked her if she can check another store, she told me to call myself. I asked if I could try a particular soap that they had plenty of but no tester, she told me no. The rest of the staff is more concerned with putting stock on shelves and making everything look neat than offering assistance. Ive been to every single Bath and Body Works on Long Island and havent been this mistreated in any of the others. Im disgusted.
