Never setting foot in here again, and I live in town. ONE person working the register and ONE person in the pharmacy. Each line 10 deep. Employee at register said they have been out of grocery bags for FOUR days. How is that possible? You’ve lost my business to CVS and online.

Self checkout machines are always busted, and the one person working in the register will move like she has all the time in the world as the line becomes 15 people deep. Constantly making small talk and asking if I would like to get deals and sign up my number. No at this point, I would like to pay and get tf out of here! Also asks for id to PUT MONEY on my card (like someone is going to purposely sneak money onto another persons green dot card) yet doesn’t card at the pharmacy lol this location is a joke

Scheduled my covid vaccine for tomorrow, as stated on their website I am eligible for it through a retail pharmacy. The pharmacist calls to tell me I’m not eligible, and I tell her I fit into one of the categories. She’s like well we’re cancelling your appointment.Definitely discriminated against, probably giving it to her friends.

Only giving one star because 0 is not an option. There always seems to be some kind of issue when I use this pharmacy whether it be a shortage of any particular prescription, or some sort of delay on their end, never fails. One would think that working in a pharmacy would give you a grasp on the importance of taking certain medications on time as prescribed, and to have knowledge regarding the negative effects of stopping a medication abruptly. My prescription was supposed to be filled Friday but do to a shortage I was promised it would be filled Monday. It’s now Tuesday and I have been unable to speak to anyone from the pharmacy, let alone a single person from any department of the store. Blows my mind.

Only giving one as zero isnt an option. The pharmacy NEVER ask for ID when dealing with controlled substances(thats illegal btw) so ANYONE who knows my name can get my pills.Also, I used the drive thru and CONFIRMED my information and STILL ended up with the WRONG SCRIPT!! I DONT HAVE A COMMON NAME!! It was a similar name, BUT HOW YOU STILL MESS UP AFTER I JUST CONFIRM MY ADRESS AND YOU GIVE ME THE WRONG ONE?!ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING AND I WISH THIS WASNT MY NETWORK PHARMACY

Love this specific location. I travel from Rockville centre just to go to this one. All the staff including the pharmacy is amazing. Their all so nice and helpful.

Helpful employees. The prices are a little high but it is a convenience store.

I only go here to print photos and the staff is always nice. The store is usually disorganized and really could use some tidying up but aside from that it aint bad

This is a very decent store at times but 1 employee really makes no sense. I think they should expand the immigration laws to foreign speaking & cultures of people too! There is allot of variety here. You will find what you need to get you past 1 day or a week and your good to go!

They always have what I need whether it’s medication or beauty products. The staff is nice too.

Should learn to update their store hours before people go out of the way to go..

Store is always clean, competitively priced and adequately stocked. The staff is very helpful and they have plenty of parking.

Very disappointed with the this Walgreens pharmacy. They are incompetent to say the least. Use Rite Aid, a much better choice.

Better since they expanded the parking lot, I suppose.

I go here often lines tend to be long at lunch and in the evenings. Pharmacy drive through line can be very slow.
