You can always find something at Homegoods. What a great selection, theres always something. I ended up finding some baskets and an area rug that were spot on perfect for what I needed plus I saw some things for my next project when I get that started. Thank you for a fun shopping experience

The place is organized as well as a place with a lot of customers moving stuff around can be. The staff are inviting and helpful. Has its own entrance so you dont have to lug around big bags throughout the mall. The aisles are normally spaced, but none of the customers follow the arrows that guide you for social distancing. Not the places fault just customers that dont know how to look down.

Was looking for a shower caddylimited selection and the ones they had were not as big as the one I have .Looking for one with two shelves and space for two bars of soap ...made of plastic.

You can get lost in here as far as what all you thinking about buying n seeing something else you dont mean to get!! But get it anyway!!!

I love that the inventory is always changing and you never know when your going to find a perfect deal. The kids toys and pet supplies are always fun and interesting and there are tons of kitchen gadgets (perfect for gift shopping). The only criticism I have for this particular store is that the customers are sometimes rude and careless with items. Sometimes things are knocked down on the floor and dirty or misplaced.

The deals are pretty good very nice people who work there.

This location has more stuff than other locations nearby! Maybe because its attached to the mall

Great Place for Home 🏡

I was in the store today about 6:45pm. There were people in the store not wearing masks and your employees saw it and said nothing. Also your employees were wearing the wrong masks with the one way valve. I asked to speak to a supervisor but I was told they are on break. This is a great way to show your stores support to stop the spread.

They dont have much selection on only. FOUND very similar items in Walmart and online AT LOWER PRICE is the exact same item just with a different name.

If you are applying to the home goods in the sunrise mall don’t. Steve the manager is rude I had quite working there after working there a week. The store is a mess and tight corners.

A VERY POSITIVE UPDATE OF A NEGATIVE REVIEW FROM LAST YEAR : This locale has really stepped up to the plate during the Covid Crisis, and is now one of my two favorite HG/TJMaxx/Marshalls venues . the cashiers do not have as big a turnover rate as in other outlets, and are really trusting and patient ! I only buy food items, and they willingly hand scan them ; if told that I have three of the same thing, I am trusted ( at 66, I am past the cookie stealing stage by a few decades ! ) . Hopefully, the trust and consideration employees show senior citizens here will never change !

This Homegoods is the bomb. Love it because they always have great buys. I lost my phone in the store and an employee was nice enough to locate me and return it.

Like the store. but found the manger Steve to be very rude. He should Not be a manger if he dont know how to speak to the workers. I would have gave the store a higher scores if it was not for him. Poor customers service. And he asked what was my problem after how poorly he spoke to the stuff. He need to go to some training. All this girl did was stop want she doing, to help with the lines cause the lines was getting long. If anything she should get employee of the month or something. Steve had an attitude about that.

Home goods you are better than Rockville Center by far products and people (staff) are so much better.

Its a pretty big store. They have a great variety of furniture and mirrors. Its kind of crowded that in many areas it is a tight squeeze. This store has the largest clearance selection that Ive seen so far among the rest of the home goods in long island.*Handicap accessibility is fair. Some areas are overly crowded but it can be difficult to navigate if youre in a self sufficient wheelchair.

My go-to place to decorate my brand new home.

Horrible customer service. When I approached the cashiers, they were literally dancing behind the registers and ignored me when I said “excuse me”. I spoke to the manager about another situation and she did not give me her full attention. Workers were shouting across the store and I am very surprised the way they treat their customers. This is the only home goods I’ve experienced this with.

Found the Patchogue and Riverhead locations to be better. First time walking into Home Goods and not leaving out with a cart full of dont really need but got to have it stuff. They didnt have the double curtain rod packs or the crystal dresser knobs(10-12) pack selections. I have previously bought these in particular from the Patchogue location. One Sales girl in the Storage dept. wouldnt assist you know matter what. My sister and I, at separate times, asked for her help. So Needless to say Ill be returning to Patchogue.
