I had two phones fixed by Marshall and was very happy with the service. On the first one, I tried to replace the screen myself and snapped some of the microphone and camera connectors. Marshall fixed the phone as good as new. His prices were actually lower than what I was expecting for the quality of materials and work.

GREAT SERVICE.My iPhone 6s screen was completely shattered so I brought it to the iRepair location in Massapequa. Because there was so much damage to the phone, they had to send the phone out for repairs, which took a week to fix. While a week may seem long, the repair shop gave me a loaner phone, which was also an iPhone!Once my phone was fixed, the guy working felt so bad it had unexpectedly taken so long, that he threw in a free phone case, free screen protector, and took off an additional $20, on top of the $20 off coupon I already had. I was blown away by this customer service.My phone is now working great and has a nice new, protective case.I am extremely satisfied with this service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing their screen fixed!

Got my screen replaced and not even the next day it is unresponsive to my finger and goes black for minutes. Never been so disappointed in a screen repair service. Not even a good price for this horrible job.

This place literally saved my life the other day. I had gone to two places already with my 2.5 year old daughter in tow, to be told they were out of the iPhone X screen. Marshall fixed my phone on the spot, within 45 minutes. Not cheap, but probably similar prices to other places.

I highly recommend iPhone Repair Long Island!!! After many unsuccessful hours of dealing with Apple Support Technicians, I was told that I needed to restore my phone, which meant that I would lose 2 and 1/2 years worth of photos, videos, and memories. Not wanting to lose hope, I went to see Eric at iPhone Repair LI. After taking a look at my phone, he reassured me that he could get my pictures back. True to his word, he called the next day with great news!! I am still in disbelief that I have all my photos back and cant believe that if I would have listened to Apple Support, they would have been gone forever. I can not thank Eric enough. He even took the time to educate me on backing up my phone so that this never happens again. Thank you Eric!

They have knowledge. But definitely not reasonable in pricing. $150 to fix iPad screen compared to $60 down the road says it all. At the same time they were very professional when I went there and didnt force themselves on me like many other places.

I visited the Massapequa store today. I needed my iPod Classics battery replaced. Not only was the price incredibly fair, but the repair was done in minutes. With a worry free warranty and a very knowledgeable tech, I was impressed! Youve definitely made me a repeat customer.

There was a backlight problem after fixing the broken glass. Was not happy the repair technician suggested the backlight issue was caused from dropping it. It was caused during the repair. Had to be taken to another repair shop. In all fairness, the cost to fix the additional damage was reimbursed, but I had to put in too much effort to get it done promptly.

Although the Massapequa and Syosset locations have the same owner, I was quoted a higher price for a repair at the Massapequa location. I spoke to an employee there who told me they would match the other stores price. After driving to the store I was told I had to pay more at the Massapequa location because of my phones color. When I brought up the sign they have displayed saying we match any competitors price, I was told to just drive to the Syosset location.
