BP was BP. I canceled my new membership with them today cause the lady I has on the phone was extremely incompetent

Clean facility and pleasant service. The attendant was so helpful. He put some firewood in my car for me and went inside to pay for it because it was cold out. It is nice to see service like this still exists!

I love how much they pay attention to customer service. Its nice to say that’s my spot for gas. It’s awesome that they charge samePrice for cash or credit and for full service. Make me not wanna go to stinks that charge extra for everything. The guys in there mad cool.

FULL SERVICE gas station in Long Island and don’t charge additional for it, i love it, now my wife and daughter can go to the BP them selfs to get their cars filled up... great job guys on the new gas station... the convenient store and full service one stop shop..

Cold, screaming baby and a flat tire on a new car. Infinity was a let down but the guys here saved the day. They guided me into the station, reassured me all would be OK. that my husband didnt need to come, they would take care of everything. They offered me a warm cup of coffee, and made sure my son and I were warm and safe in the store. They got a spare on in no time and had us on our way. Infinity SOS had told me it would be over an hour. They went above and beyond with their kindness and customer service. You dont find this service lately and I hope all your customers see it.

So glad to see a full service station and shop like this in the neighborhood, these guys are so courteous and accommodating, makes the mundane process of gassing up and getting your car fluids checked feel like a pleasant little break time!
