Have used this location a couple of times and got great service and a very nice gift for the occasion I was shopping for.

The worst customer service. The woman left me waiting in the store like I was a fool I guess she was engraving but turn it off and talk to the customer. Then she wasn’t helpful and didn’t even have on a mask. This was Massapequa mall things remembered. I left and didn’t purchase anything. I went to Roosevelt field mall where I was treated good and made my beautiful purchase.

Terrible! Do not order anything engraved or anything. Spanish girl behind the counter had on flip flops and was watching a movie while ringing us up. She wanted to sell us something that had glue all over it! stay away. I asked for a complete refund!! Terrible

I always have something to get engraved and I always go here. They are so patient with me. I wont go without getting something special engraved. They have it on time and ready when I pick up 100% of the time. So sweet and helpful. So many options to choose from. You can even bring outside stuff in to get engraved, as long as it fits in their machine.

I had an awful experience with this store in particular, as well as corporate to obtain a refund. I brought in toasting glasses to be engraved which the first pair was double etched and unable to read.. this was not reported to me but left for me to observe upon payment of my glasses. They then offered to redo the glasses to which I had to go to another store, purchase another set and have engraved for the second time. The instructions for engraving were not followed and again came out without a poor product. Now out $300 in glasses and engravings they could not provide a refund of that amount in the store so I needed to go through corporate. It took me 6 months and many phone calls to finally receive my refund. If you use this store / company I wish you better luck than I had.

One star. Beautiful products. Horrible customer service. I asked one employee a question. She was very annoyed. I figured she was having a bad day. Pick items out I wanted to purchase. Went to the register. I was the only person online. It took about two minutes for somebody to assist me Apparently they were too busy talking to each other. When I asked about the engraving process. She made a face as if I was bothering her. I was going to purchase about $300 in merchandise. I walked out because of that. I went to Roosevelt Field Things Remembered, and was treated much better. I actually bought more product.Recommendation, good to the Roosevelt Store!

Ive been buying gifts from here for years and it seems like the variety of offerings has decreased along with the customer service. I bought two pieces for Christmas and took advantage of the buy one get one 75 percent off sale, returned on Jan 4 to get two more items only to be told theyre not running that promotion any more, even though the sign on the shelf where I took the item from clearly stated, buy one get one 75 percent off, limited time only, with no date. I brought to the attention of the salesgirl and told her she should honor what the sign said, she just kept repeating, I cant......then somebody who I believe is the manager came and removed the sign. thats it for me, taking my business elsewhere. I hate when retailers do that, its not my fault the sign was still there, I would have honored it rather than lose a $83 sale, maybe thats just me. 👎

Great, and the girl got it ready for me sooner than she said! Very pleasant and courteous..wish I knew her name.

I bought a nice Beer Stein from this place. My son is on twitch so I had his motto monogramed on it! I put it on Instagram and had over 800 likes! I will certainly go back to this place again. Its in Sunrise Mall. Nice sales girls in there too! 😎

The work done is great, but the customer service is definitely lacking. Will find another store for my next purchase for important events.
